The reservation said, pick up at hotel. At 11:00pm. The day before received a notification from the guide to meet at a plaza near the hotel. One of the reason we book with this company was to be picked up at hotel. The contact phone number didn’t answer until almost the time of departure. Finally they decided to send a taxi to get us to the meeting point. The bus came half hour late. My husband and two other people speak English only, no one to explain instructions in English. The guide rush us the whole way. This not take on consideration some of us are older. They made us pay the entrance fee in advance, the guide had to give me the change back wish he never received back. Playing stupid. When on the top of the mountain I got altitude sick. Is required from them to bring oxygen, And you guess it he did not had it at that time. End up at the mountain small clinic. In our way back, wish is around 4 hours. My husband had to ask to stop to go to the bathroom. The guide made the bathroom stop optional. Ridiculous. Overall this company made it an poor experience. At arrival my husband new the guide was not going to give us the money difference he owed us so intentionally told him to keep the money he owed. I hope they get it how this whole trip, actions and service is managed on a dishonest manner.

Vores store tur mod bjerget af farver i ATV'er begynder med afhentning fra hotellerne fra 4:15 til 4:30 om morgenen. Derefter rejser i vores turisttransport i næsten 3 timer til 4200 meter over havets overflade, ankommer omkring 6:20 om morgenen, hvor vores lækre morgenbuffet venter os. Efter morgenmaden vil vores guide give de nødvendige instruktioner til at starte det store eventyr i ATV'erne rejser til qosqopata (4900 meter over havets overflade) i en gennemsnitlig tid på 1 time og derefter gå i 35 minutter, en afstand på 1,5 kilometer for at nå udsigten af det imponerende bjerg af 7 farver (5038 meter over havets overflade). På toppen vil vi have nok tid til at tage de bedste billeder, fordi vi er de første til at nå bjerget af farver. Perfekt tid til at tage billeder, tage videoer og nyde skønheden i farven. Tilbage i 25 minutter til det sted, hvor vi forlader ATV'erne og derefter hver tager vores ATV'er og vender tilbage til hvor vores lækre venter os frokost. Retur til Cusco ankommer i gennemsnit kl. 15.30.

Rainbow mountain adventure
It was my first time riding an atv and that too up a mountain. I was inexperience but i did it slow and sure. Getting to the top was a little scary but once you reach the top the views were amazing. The tour provide breakfast and lunch so we could get some energy for the adventure that we were about to experience. The rainbow mountain was beautiful! It was definitely a bucket list strike off!

Adrenaline rush
Pick up and the whole experience was great. It was cold but fun. Better than walking to rainbow mountain. Jose Luis was a great guide he was helpful and made the experience worth it. He took pics for us and made sure we were always good.
