Efter afhentning af dig på hotellet eller cruise havn vil du tage en kort køretur gennem Puerto Plata. Absolutely amazing experience! Not only were the ziplines and ATVs so much fun, they came with an amazing view, learning about the culture and surrounding town. All the tour guides, coordinator, and photographers were amazing. Great communication and experience overall 10/10
All the workers are good in perfection are thieves I went days in a row and they gave me a different price the second day they wanted to charge me more I have a lot of account because they are alive to collect money but the guys who work in the tiruleza and the motorcycles are excellent but I do not recommend with the money management they go alive the first day I pay 2500 for each adult and per child 1500 only for the tiruleza the pool and the hair the second day I went to ride motorcycle and paid for the motorcycle I understand that if it is separated that yes but when I went to ride the tiruleza they wanted to charge me everything separately they are thieves

Queremos aclarar con detalle los precios aplicados en sus dos visitas para que no haya confusión: En su visita del primer día usted pago para las siguientes actividades: Zip Lines: RD$2,500 por adulto / RD$1,500 por niño Caballos: RD$1,500 por adulto / RD$1,000 por niño Haciendo un total de: RD$6,500 Ademas, le regalamos el almuerzo para usted y su niño y el acceso a la piscina y zoológico. En su Segunda visita usted pago para los ATV (2 cuatrimotos para 4 personas): RD$8,000 (RD$2,000 por persona) Zip Lines para 2 adultos y 1 niño: RD$2,500 + RD$2,500 + RD$1,500 = RD$6,500 Desde un principio se le comunicó claramente el precio individual de cada actividad, y en cada visita simplemente se sumaron las actividades que eligió realizar. El primer día realizó Zip Lines + Caballos, y el segundo día ATV + Zip Lines, por lo cual los totales fueron diferentes. Es importante resaltar que todos los precios que recibió fueron promocionales, más bajos que nuestras tarifas regulares. Nuestro equipo trató de explicarle esta diferencia en varias ocasiones, pero lamentablemente usted no estuvo dispuesta a aceptarla. Entendemos su inconformidad, pero queremos dejar claro que acusarnos de “ladrones” no es justo ni correcto: en ningún momento se le cobró de más ni se le incluyó un cargo indebido. Todo se realizó de acuerdo con las actividades contratadas. Además, queremos destacar que, comparado con otros establecimientos, nuestros precios son bastante bajos y ofrecemos una mayor cantidad de actividades incluidas en nuestros paquetes, lo que nos diferencia de la competencia. Lamentamos que no se haya sentido satisfecha, pero queremos asegurarle a usted y a todos nuestros visitantes que nuestros precios son claros, justos y siempre corresponden a las actividades elegidas. Had An amazing time! We were picked up from the cruise port. The staff were so much fun, the zip lining was safe and exciting, the ATV adventure was beautiful and the food was delicious. I’m booking again next year!

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a blast atving and then zip lining. The lunch was very good. Would recommend this adventure for anyone visit the Dominican.

I must confess, this review is long overdue. I was cleaning out my wallet and found Dieter and Daniel's card for the adventure park and it occurred to me I never wrote and reviewed what an amazing trip this was the best excursion we booked. Everything from the Zip Lines and the ATV and the perfect meal cooked for us. You must do this

Great adventure. Zip lining was awesome. Liked the fact that I didn't have to worry about braking. Tour guides are awesome. Owner definitely cares. Food was beyond awesome. Highly recommend.
This is probably my favorite excursion from a cruise boat. Most places you would pay $160 or more just for one activity. Here we got 3. Zip lines, quads and horse back riding. As well as a lunch that was also good. There was a guide who met us at the docks, short drive to the place. Our guide who I can’t remember his name was amazing. We got done with plenty of time to go back to the docks and check out the shops as well.
