The company's calender clearly indicated that the tour date I selected was available, offering 2 separate times for that date. I selected the later time as well as the option to meet at the pickup location because my hotel was out of the "free hotel pickup" offer. Every choice I selected was accepted. I'm at the pickup spot eager and ready for my experience. No pickup! I texted the company; no answer. When I contacted Viator, they contacted the company to learn that indeed no tour was available for that date. They've neglected to update their website! Inexcusable, unacceptable, unprofessional!! Thank you Viator for being available at that time of night and for providing a refund.
Sorry for the mishap. Unfortunately there was no tour guide available due to you booking last minute. We have since updated the tour booking to 24 hours notice so that it gives us more time to prepare for the experience. Thank you for the review.
Henry took us to all different places. We got to see some popular spots and some really cool “out of the way” spots. Also go to see where MLK grew up! Henry was very knowledgeable and humorous. Would definitely recommend this trip. Especially if you can get Henry!

The tour guide was very knowledgeable on historical Atlanta and how relevant it was to black culture and history. He was also very friendly, down to earth, helpful with advice on getting around the city, and fun to be around. He was an excellent tour guide and i would recommend him to anyone new to the city!

Henry was an amazing Tour Guide. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the history of Atlanta. His energy was very welcoming and fun. The vibe was great!
