A must do in Dubai, perfect time to book is around 5pm as you can see the water display after and you get to see Dubai in the dark which is pretty amazing.

Nice experience with priority access , and reactive agency to adapt to our timing . The crowds are huge and not waiting is a key benefit for the gold tickets

The elevator ride was thrilling, and stepping out on the 148th floor offered panoramic views of Dubai, the desert, and the Arabian Gulf—absolutely stunning. I was very sceptical about booking this experience given the negative reviews on Tripadvisor about waiting times etc. I found it to be very well organised. We booked a sunset visit and we did not queue for more than 5 minutes to redeem our voucher and we only queued for 5 minutes to wait for the lift. A fabulous worthwhile experience. I highly recommend.

The 2 floor access was great. The only downside was the long line up to transfer the e-ticket to a physical ticket. Amazing overall though
