I had an amazing experience at Sushi Matcha in Asakusa! The class was fun, interactive, and very well organized. The instructors were incredibly friendly, patient, and explained every step clearly, making it easy to follow even as a complete beginner. Making sushi from scratch was a fantastic experience, and the final result was delicious. I also really appreciated learning more about Japanese food culture throughout the class.
