I have always been happy to come here, however I think the last steps that have been made, are a little unfortunate, the digital part, seems a little like a bad attempt to innovate. Besides that, I was really sorry that you had white lion's in small cages that you could pay to take pictures with. It's animal plague, and I don't support that kind of thing. Previously, between the visits I have been there, were painted new exciting things, which has made each visit special, but this time was the only new, the digital part, which is not in line with the normal standard the place has.

The digital experience and the opportunity to take photos with white lion cubs that you mention are not activities available at our venue. For under $7.00 each this was a great value! Everyone we encountered throughout was enjoying themselves. Endless photo opportunities, the AR/phone application was a little sketchy sometimes but you could always take normal photo. If you’re bringing kids this is a winner. Try to avoid peak times, too many people in this large facility can make for big noise (they should remind guests to keep their voices down, no yelling etc) You can always move to next room or go back though which we did. Staff was helpful and spoke sufficient English. In terms of value this was great experience. My wife & I spent about 5 hrs. there.
We were not expecting much for $10 AUD but we had alot of fun taking photos and laughing at the images through the free app. Maybe take socks because you leave your shoes at the door.
Last moment booking and it worked well for us. Well accepted by the ticket counter and issued the physical tickets for entry.
Lots of fun! Actually 3 hours of fun but it's mostly for the ones who are kids at heart. Young kids don't readily see what this is all about as they need to see the photos / videos. I'd recommend a couple of big screens so that kids can see themselves. Hint: we booked online via Klook - much cheaper than paying at the entrance.
really nice place to get some of 3d pictures in pattaya and we saved a lot of money by booking with Tycoon Thai DMC as compare to another website

The AR element was a very new way of viewing a museum for me Also has some pretty amazing optical illusions I went expecting some nice pictures to look at for an hour or so, but was surprised by how engaging the experience was Highly recommend! Not just another ordinary art gallery
We are arrived to the front desk to collect our tickets but they didn’t find our booking because the agency didn’t pay them, after 5 minutes of calling finally we received our tickets! The museum is great!

When we received a call from front office staff of KAAN then we informed them that the booking was already confirmed and paid and at the same time you had received the tickets.
