Bedste chancer for at se tæt på de arktiske repræsentative dyr, herunder truede dyr (polbjørne, arktisk lyn eller vilde rensdyr osv.), mens du vandrer i afslappende tempo i de vilde skove. Få lidt viden om deres overlevelse betingelser på Arctic Circle, levevaner og hvordan det globale klima påvirker deres leveområde ved at se på forklaringerne på hvert dyr. Velegnet til par, familier, vandreture & naturelskere, dyr fans!

Nyd en behagelig tur fra afhentning på din angivne adresse i Rovaniemi til Ranua Wildlife Park Resort, der ligger i sydøst og omkring en time at køre i 80 km. Efter ankomsten, grundlæggende introduktion om Zoo & kort instruktion vil blive givet af guiden, før du begynder egen udforskning ind i Zoo, hvor 2 til 2,5 km vandreture i de arktiske skove samt klare forklaringer på hvert dyr på engelsk fra mindre til større dyr (polbjørn, ulv, vilde ren og så meget mere!). Desuden er Fazer Chocolate Shop en af højdepunkterne der, da den tilbyder et bredt udvalg af kollektioner til overkommelige priser. Vi begynder at vende tilbage fra Ranua til Rovaniemi kl. 14.00. Bemærk venligst: i alt 5,5h. 09 : 30 - 15 : 00 - 2 timer frit besøg på egen hånd i Zoo. - 1 timers frokostbuffet i restaurant Zoo. - 2 til 2,5 timers kørsel & tilbage. Velkommen!

The site and trails are well equipped. The diversity of flora and fauna is well appreciated. It’s a walk in the forest that’s worth a visit! Our guide, Jade, was very kind and professional.

Rafi was a great driver and guide , professional and knowledgeable, long drive from Rovaniemi about an hour but truely worth it, middle of winter but had a great time , well marked one direction track around Zoo approx 3 km able to see a lot of arctic animals , including moose, wolverine, musk ox and best of all polar bears all out enjoying the cold even could see arctic fox, lunch was a very tasty modest buffet, highly recommend this tour

It was an amazing experience. Had the opportunity to see the Polar Bear, Dhole, Mousse etc,. The weather was very supportive and class. My special thanks to Mr Alejandro, who made this trip very memorable and very very cooperative. Overall it was an awesome experience

A great day out, however it is a visit to Ranua Zoo and not a “polar bear adventure “. The zoo do have 1 polar bear which we were fortunate to see, however due to the weather, many of the other animals were not able to be seen. Our tour guide, Jade was lovely and the transport to and from the zoo was comfortable.

Nice outdoor zoo, small and a nice walk through the woods during the tour is a bonus. Dress warm, it’s cold and all outdoors.

We were a small group, the guide answered all questions. In the zoo itself we were able to take enough time to look at the animals. The food together was also quite nice. It was a great trip.

Really poorly advertised. I booked this as an ‘extra treat’ for my other half’s 50th birthday trip. Highly disappointed with whole excursion & quite frankly ripped off with the price. Not what I was expecting at all, we didn’t even see a polar bear. Unaware it would be a ‘zoo’, most other animals were also not to be seen. Lunch was also a shambles, very limited offering & the food was not enjoyable - myself and my other half both went hungry. For context, we are easygoing people & we booked another excursion through aviator which exceeded expectations on every single level. The value for what I paid was nowhere near worth the experience, transport or food.
Sometimes its a bit sad that Polar bear seems prefer hiding inside the cave for either sleeping or simply enjoying herself there. But most cases Polar bear is outside for hanging out😊. Unfortunatrly you did not see it this time and did not enjoy the local food either. Still wish you all the best & thanks for visiting our great RANUA Wildlife Park😊
Giuseppe Lupis was an amazing tour guide! We were able to explore the zoo without any stress. He was very informative and extremely kind. We even paused to get a few pics of the beautiful sky on the way back from the zoo. He went above and beyond anyone that gets him as a tour guide would be very lucky
