We were very happy with the center up to that date, as our experience had been very positive the times we had visited before. On this last occasion, my wife and I had reserved a 45 minute massage and full tour, booking 5 weeks in advance, for which we both took the day off since we have small children. Yesterday they called us informing us that the appointment is canceled due to construction. We find it strange that they are. works and that in the afternoon access to the center is already possible, they send us a cancellation email, subsequently they change the reservation to 6:00 PM, schedule that it is impossible for us and they do not answer the phone to give us explanations until the day after.

En primer lugar, queremos pediros disculpas por las molestias ocasionadas y lamentamos sinceramente que esta situación haya empañado la buena imagen que teníais de nosotros tras vuestras visitas anteriores. La cancelación se debe a una obra de carácter urgente e inaplazable. Durante los primeros días los trabajos serán parciales durante la mañana, lo que permitirá mantener parte de la actividad durante la tarde, pero a partir del día 27 el cierre será total. Además, queremos reconocer que el cambio automático de vuestra reserva a otro horario fue un error humano por nuestra parte. Al detectar que ese nuevo horario no era compatible con vuestra disponibilidad y debido a la naturaleza de la incidencia, procedimos a cancelar la reserva y devolución del importe. Lamentamos también que no pudierais contactar con nosotros de inmediato para resolver vuestras dudas. Os pedimos disculpas de nuevo y esperamos poder daros la bienvenida en otra ocasión para que vuestra experiencia vuelva a estar a la altura de las anteriores.
WE did this experience on the morning that we left Madrid - what an amazing way to end our holiday! Amazing massage and relaxing baths - Highly recommended!!

It was an interesting experience. We weren’t given instructions to not take phones until we instructed it is “forbidden” along with talking. Once taking our phones back upstairs a group of people with 6 children entered screaming, doing backflips and cause havoc. I wouldn’t have had a problem with it hadn’t we been told we were forbidden to speak but the children were incredibly loud so found that contradictory to what we as adults were told. Made the relaxation difficult. Had a 3 hour booking and stayed for 1 hour and 30 minutes due to the noise. One staff member was also quite rude. Asked for a back massage only and got a light body full body massage.

This was a very special treat after a long travel day. An excellent way to escape a busy city to relax and unwind. The pools were wonderful contrasting with the steam room and cold plunge pool. The 45 minute massage was wonderful and made the visit even better. Highly recommended.

Nice facility but they don't let you wear anything on your feet and they doin't provide any. I didn't like walking around with bear feet on wet slippery tile.

Our facilities are continuously sanitized to ensure they are fully disinfected, allowing people to walk barefoot inside. The entry of outdoor footwear can disrupt this balance, which is why we limit access with such footwear. I was disappointed this time. What I feel most; that it was a gift from my daughter. I had time at 5.30pm on a Friday. I went into the bathrooms and soon after they looked for me to massage. It seemed too early for that. It hardly gave me time to relax a little earlier. True, they told me to stay longer at it later; but I no longer wanted to "cut my shit off" as they say. The previous times I didn’t think of this; and I went alone. They gave me the massage after I had thoroughly enjoyed the baths.

Staff are charming, massage was brilliant but putting cold togs on after a massage was awful and the towels provided no comfort being like cotton tea towels. This and the tummy bug that followed over shadowed the beauty of the location.

Excellent pools and massage services. But it would be better if the had better signs to guide you to the men's or women's locker room and to the hamam. They could have explained us better about the sequence of events like first you change is the locker room, then walk downstairs to hamam and staff take you to the massage and then back to hamam. Green tea was excellent but the cups were the size of the whisky shots only.

The bathrooms and the surroundings are very pleasant. But, the 90 minutes of contracted bathrooms remained at 70 since they start counting from the moment you enter there, using as an argument that they have done it this way since COVID. In response to our protest, they offered us to complete the time, but we understand that it should not be a personal option but rather applicable to everyone who contracts the service.
Hola Angel, En primer lugar, agradecerte el tiempo empleado en dejar tu comentario. En cuanto al tiempo de la experiencia es siempre 90 minutos, salvo error por nuestra parte (como ocurrió en tu visita). Llevamos un control muy exhaustivo del tiempo. Citamos de forma anticipada (desde 30 minutos antes de la hora del turno) para hacer la entrada y la salida de manera escalonada y de este modo, coincidan al mismo tiempo el mínimo de usuarios en los vestuarios. Por ejemplo; si accede al hammam a las 21:40h, la hora a la que lo abandona será a las 23:10h. De ahí, que la percepción (si tomamos como referencia la hora del turno de referencia 22h) pueda ser la de no haber tenido todo el tiempo(1h 30 minutos) pero realmente si se ha disfrutado el tiempo total. Así mismo traslado su comentario a nuestro departamento de calidad para seguir mejorando. Un saludo
This wasn’t bad but also wasn’t my best spa experience. The workers I interacted with were able to speak English. I foolishly didn’t bring a bathing suit, so thankfully they had a loaner for me. The pools and steam room were very relaxing. I didn’t care for the massage given it was an open, room of others being massaged - men and women. The head rest on the table was a little more firm to my liking.
