It was a really interesting and enjoyable experience which gave a good insight into Jamón ibérico and the various types, flavours and textures. We got to sample the various types as they were being discussed. Diego was our host and was really knowledgable.

Fun, educational, and interactive experience! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our masterclass with Jamón Master Juan! Juan is truly passionate and knowledgeable about all things jamón. Tasting portions are generous, so don’t eat a big meal beforehand! After attending the Jamón Experience Masterclass, you’ll leave happy AND full (of jamón and knowledge), which you can start to burn off with a short 2 minute walk to La Sagrada Familia! We highly recommend this culinary experience.

We gave this jamón tasting masterclass to a friend for her birthday and it was a fantastic choice. The venue is extremely well-kept and the experience, which lasted about an hour and a half, was impeccable from start to finish. A special thanks goes to Juàn, an exceptional and very well-prepared guide. He was great at explaining everything to us and answering all our questions or doubts, even accommodating us with the language and speaking in Italian to help us understand everything better. We would like to thank both him and the organization manager from the bottom of our hearts for the beautiful and unexpected surprise they had in store for the birthday girl and all of us! The products were of excellent quality. We also really appreciated the wine tasting, with the option to choose the pairing with white wine or Cava (the Spanish sparkling wine). An educational, fun, and delicious experience. Highly recommended! 🥰🥰🥂

We absolutely thought this experience was the perfect activity to learn about all things jamon. Such a fun and entertaining class. Juan was the greatest host and answered any and all questions. They serve a great portion of Iberico in the masterclass and the wine with it is fun too. Highly recommend!

Fun activity! We can now wow our friends and family will all sorts of great information and trivia about Jamon. It was a fun, informative session and our leader (Joy) was fantastic. Enjoyed seven different samples of Jamon and a few glasses of wine (cava, white and red). Definitely recommend for a fun and unique activity. Located one block from Sagrada Familia - so super easy to find.

This was excellent, delicious, and so much FUN — all rolled into one unforgettable experience! Our Master Teacher Joy truly lived up to her name — she was radiant, knowledgeable, and brought such warmth and JOY to the entire class. She guided us through a tasting of seven different types of Jamón, explaining the subtle differences in flavor, texture, and quality. We also had the pleasure of tasting Cava, white wine, red wine, and some delightful little bites that paired beautifully with the meats. The setting is just around the corner from the Sagrada Familia, surrounded by shops and restaurants — a beautiful and quaint shop where you can purchase all things Jamón and Cheese. ✨ Highly recommended — a MUST when visiting Barcelona! ✨

We had such a great time learning about Jamon and drinking Cava/Vino. Our host Joy made it so much fun with her energy. What a great way to learn … and just steps from the Segrada.

This was a great experience! Joy was so awesome - she is friendly, fun, and clearly an expert. She explained so much about the jamón that we are now experts too. The cava and jamón samples were delicious. Joy is an excellent teacher!
