We could not wish for more, our experience was first class......the whole time here in Vietnam has been a joy to deal with you guys..

The communication for when you were supposed to be ready was not accurate which caused some confusion and an argumentative tour guide. Once things got going, it was smooth. And the rest of the trip was fine. The tour guide helps take pictures and gave tips on places to go and things like that. I’d say my only issue there was I could hardly understand her English. and I’m American! Lol.

We were quoted a lot of money from 2 companies beit for a private tour. This company was very reasonable and the tour was first class. The lunch provided was out of this world! Our tour guide Junie was very good.

We joined a group tour to Sun World Ba Na Hills. The ticket to enter the park is 950k/person which include all the cable cars and most of the games in the arcade "fantasy world". We were picked up from our hotel in Hoi An, and after about 1 to 1.5 hours, we arrived at the Sun World parking area. Our first stop was the Jardin d’Amour, followed by the Golden Bridge. We didn’t choose the lunch buffet option, so after that, we split from the rest of the group and had free time around the main area until 15:15, when it was time to return. The real reason to reach this place in my point of view was the landscape. It was fascinating, even if made for tourist, the city built in a french/german style. The games are fun but not as enthusiastic as the actual place you are going to visit. Tips: Remember to bring sunscreen and extra water, as it can get quite hot — especially since you’ll be outdoors for most of the first part of the visit.

We booked the trip in Hoi An at the101 Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai, Phường Minh An, Hội An, Quảng Nam 563800, Vietnam. The guide Hai Le was an excellent guide. For us it was breathtaking how you built something like this on the hill Ba Na, just fascinating. Around a very nice day from pick up to drive home to the hotel. All in all great.

Booked with a small tour company in Hoi An, Lens Cap Tours. Nice people who speak excellent English and can help with all kinds of travel needs. Good source of information. The Ba Na Hills trip itself was very well organized. Hotel pick up on time, safe driver, good English speaking guide. If this is somewhere you want to go, I would highly recommend this tour. As for myself, although I was impressed by the scale of the development, this type of fantasy theme park is not really my cup of tea. I have been to the real Notre Dame and Carcassonne so scaled down copies are not that exciting to me. However, I am still glad I went and saw it.

After visiting three tour operators in this region to go to Ba Na Hills, glad that we opted with the above tour reps and Moon was absolutely adorable,so helpful and knowledgeable. Not at all pushy, with a great business and sense of humour that one could find. I would definitely recommend her company, along with Tom our guide and mini bus driver. Unfortunately, it could not have rained more, however we had a great experience whatever the weather. At least we got a free shower, and recommend people go to this tour attraction. Love to Moon.

Great trip to Bana Hills and tour guide was incredibly friendly and was the best with enthusiastic. Highly recommend tour with Landscape Travel!
