Loved the tour. They take you to landmarks around the city, so great stories telling with history.
Amazing setting, fantastic energy, great story telling. What a fun and spooky way to spend an evening in Minneapolis!
While the host was engaging and started off talking to everyone, once we were on the trolley things changed. There was a couple who sat up by the host and the host spent most of the tour talking with them and ignoring the rest of the trolley. The tour itself would have been much more enjoyable if we all could have 1-heard him because he was talking with the couple, 2-if we could all see what he was trying to show us and 3-if he remembered that there were other passengers.
The guide was a very pleasant guy. However the tour was so boring and badly conducted. So disorganized. The narrative transitioned so bad from one story to another without a coherent flow. He even got distracted when he saw a classic car.
Its expensive and that is understandable because of the fuel prices and personal payroll. Its to me geared twords any younger crowd. If you enjoy real history this is not your tour.
My husband, 14 year-old grandchild and I went on the tour. We embraced the experience and our grandchild wore a cosplay outfit. We weren’t sure how it was going to go at first. The mansion was beautiful and inviting, but we were early and things were very quiet. We looked around at the cool merchandise, and then went into the cafe. It took a little while, but when we ordered some food, the chicken strips and cheese curds were excellent. The tour itself was really fun. John was funny and engaging and had us all laughing throughout the tour. We enjoyed all of the places we went and the stories were great. By the time we finished, we had made a wishlist of future tours to come on with a list of additional family members to bring along-and haunted places to lodge when we do it, yes ma’am! Thanks so much for a great night!
There a joke I had a family emergency and we couldn't go it was the day we had booked my grandfather was dieing and they refused to give me my money back. They want me to bring them proof of my grandfather during in the hospital. There thief, we didn't even go on the ride
My husband and I booked a trolley tour for Thursday the 4th of June and had a blast. We grabbed dinner there and enjoyed the food. The staff were so kind and we loved John our tour guide. He had such fun energy and really gave a great presentation. The places we stopped at were fascinating and we really enjoyed hearing all the stories. After the tour we did the additional attic tour which was quite fun. Thank yall so much for making our night memorable!
