Orion was amazing, he told the stories with such passion. He was sweet, not only to the tour group but to everyone in New Orleans. He made the day worth it.

Great guide with lots of information about the area. Was able to see many sites and learn lots of different things!

Disappointing
Gomez started out quick. So quick a couple yelled from the back 'We thought this was a walking tour, not a running tour'! We never saw them again that evening. Gomez then gave us the rules informing those that did not follow would be kicked out, not a good start. We presumed he's had rough groups in the past. Tour should be renamed, we didn't go into buildings other than a storefront that was obviously set up for the group. We finished there and was more than ready to leave. I usually have good experiences w Viator Tours, not this one.

Pretty Good
First and foremost our tour guide, Gomez, was awesome! I appreciated his strict guidelines towards ensuring there was mutual respect among his group. He was extremely knowledgeable in his craft and always advised us to fact check him to make sure that the info given to us what accurate to the best of his knowledge. He kept us entertained and joyful. My only gripe was that the tour was not as paranormal related as I'd have liked it to be. But he did indicate at the beginning that every tour is customized to the needs of the majority of the group and that is fair. My main reason to have chosen this tour was the opportunity to go inside a haunted location, which turned out to be a bar, opened to the public, and a dinette area. Not too exciting for me but the tour was very rich in its history. Pretty good for what it was but wasn't my personal expectations.
