Our guide Lou was exceptionally knowledgeable about not only actual ghost and spirits. But other historical incidents that happened in Saint Augustine. When I told him I was intuitive, he invited me to use that to help out and assessing some situations and identifying feelings and other spirits. It was really a great experience. He is also very respectful to the places that we go to that we are not disturbing the dead, but we are visiting and respecting them.
I received a call a few hours before the tour that is was cancelled due to a flat tire. We were told we would receive a refund. We had to buy another set of tickets from a different tour. I reached out about the refund in January, received an email stating I should hear something back around 7 days. It is now mid March and have yet to hear anything…. Suppose I am out $234 dollars Would not recommend

We’ve done several other golf cart tours in St. Augustine, but this one stands out as the clear winner. The combination of great storytelling, comfortable ride, and hitting all the highlights (historic sites + haunted spots + holiday lights) made it unforgettable. Steve was a fantastic guide blending the history of St Augustine and explaining the process of the Christmas lights. Super informative and very comfortable. A much better way to see the lights vs the trolley tours!
