Ankomst Transfer fra Cruise Ports til London Hotel eller London Lufthavne

This trip had to be delayed by a year due to illness I provided ship info and a year later our driver was at the cruise terminal within ten minutes of our arrival outside. We walked -off ship for early departure to Heathrow. Excrement service, safe driver and very comfortable ride in a Mercedes van. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Arrived early to port for pick up. Contacted us easily to connect. Great driver, did well getting to London quickly

Tried to change pick up time - Impossible. Booking company hard to deal with and it took many calls and text messages to get a NO. Great driver. Lots of room. Not his fault.

Work not recommend! This shuttle bus was very cramped and didn’t have enough space for luggage - blocked the exit door with the luggage that would not fit in the back. Extremely hot in the shuttle not to mention the driver was rushed because he was late picking us up! The shuttle dropped people off at the airport first and then to multiple different hotels.. many travelers on the shuttle were missing their other tours they had planned because they did not realize they had to go to the airport first to drop off several people and then go to several different other hotels. It was cheaper to book an Uber when we walked off the cruise ship!

Be careful what you book. We signed up for transfer from Southampton port to Central London. It was a mix of folks also going to Heathrow which is midway on the trip. Though this might sound logical, it increased the travel time significantly. Also, the route was very specific to CENTRAL LONDON. Our Hotel was definitely in this area on the east side. The transfer company used by VIATOR, Insisted on an extra 25 pounds because it was ‘outside’ the area of their loop.. We had to pay or our transfer would be cancelled. After several more stops, When we finally were Approaching our hotel, following on Google Maps, we passed the area of our stop! The driver continued across the Thames River to an area OUTSIDE CENTRAL LONDON!! Four people got off at their hotel. We then backtracked to our hotel within the Central loop. We were ripped off and paid extra for a transfer in the loop area, traveled out of the loop area for other passengers., then back to the central area.. The ‘less than 2 hour transfer’ was now FOUR hours long with a stop at Heathrow and passenger drop off out of the area. Added to the experience was a late start and a return back to the port because a passenger was missed and needed to be picked up. The van had 9 passengers and 2 drivers. Lots of luggage piled on forward seats. Also no AC!! (This was the start of the record heat wave hitting Europe.) Viator’s price was in reason considering the distance, BUT their transport partner was out of line charging me extra for a very long convoluted trip.

I was scheduled for 9:00am. Couldn’t obtain vehicle description that I should be looking for. Wasn’t given driver’s phone number to contact him. Driver was holding a small handwritten sign with my name on it. After finally making contact with driver we had to wait for passengers with a 11:30 appointment before we could proceed. Also wasn’t given any bathroom stop for over five hours duration.

Great price! Seamless process! Driver was professional and ensured we were dropped at the proper address in London. This was a better deal than Ubers or taxis we priced.

I was very thankful that Viator was able to work with me with the uncertainty of when our cruise was going to port. Our Driver Mario was early/friendly/helpful. I will definitely be referring Viator to my travel clients and friends

Great communication between me and the driver prior to pickup, arrived on time, vehicle clean, and driver very polite.

Manuel was very good, perfect timing on arrival, had our name sign ready for us to spot him. The trip from Southampton to London took over 2 hrs. The van was very nice & clean however the seats had to be the hardest & most uncomfortable for ant transport.
