Når du er klar til afhentning, fortsæt til "Limousine/Shuttle"-skranken. Informer terminalekspeditøren om, at du har reserveret et køretøj.

Our flight was delayed over an hour... it was easy to communicate with our driver. He was waiting with a sign and we had a great experience. The vehicle was great, and accomodated all of our luggage. Would highly recommend. Our driver was wonderful.

I was blown away by how easy the process and pick up was at a cruise port terminal with thousands of passengers in the terminal.

The fact that I booked months in advance only to find out that the company hired another company to do the pick up and no one registered with the port authority making pick up 30 minutes late
We were cancelled less than 2 hours before the transfer was needed, from our cruise ship to hotel. We ended up having to wait an extra hour before we could find taxi service.
Hello Sarah, Unfortunately we cancelled your reservation at Vancouver cruise port because we didn´t have availability and also you informed that you had 12 suitcases and 4 carry on, you cannot fit in an SUV with all that luggage. Viator already full refund your payment. Let us know if you need asssitance with any other private transport or departure transfer to the cruise port on the next days. Leonardo
Fantastic experience. Driver was very professional and courteous. There was a marathon going on so he was patient and tried a couple different routes. We were so appreciative of him.
