Our driver was waiting for us with a sign with our name on it where you exit getting your luggage off the carousel. He brought us to his vehicle and brought us to our hotel. That’s all we wanted and we got what was expected. Easy as pie. Thanks.

The driver never showed up, blaming his last minute cancellation on heavy traffic. Not a great experience after a long overnight international flight!

Our plane was on time. But there was only a single officer de frontiers to check our passports. Two hours in one. We emailed the driver to wait. At your direction he left. We paid for a trip that you made it impossible to take. We are due a refund. James Banner

You should have read these rules when you booked a transfer with our company. Our drivers have a schedule according to which they work. Unfortunately, after one hour of waiting, the driver has to leave the airport. Hope for your understanding. Thank you.

Olga our driver was waiting for us and good at communicating with us. We had no problems finding her outside the airport. She was a very careful driver and very courteous and attentive to us. The ride in her car was very comfortable. Our little apartment was a little difficult to find but Olga was very patient and persistent. Thank you so much.
