Der er to starttider for denne tur, enten 8:00 eller 14:00. Vi kan være fleksible med tider, så hvis du skal afsted lidt tidligere eller senere, så giv os besked. Når vi kommer for at hente dig fra dit hotel, tager vi dig med hen og henter dit Angkor Pass. Så tager vi direkte til Angkor Wat.
Du går langs indgangen, over den store voldgrav og går ind i den ydre indhegning af Angkor Wat. Her vil du forundres over størrelsen af bygningerne og komplekset omkring dig. Din guide vil forklare templets historie og layout, når vi nærmer os hoveddelen af Angkor Wat. Du har tid til at udforske bygningerne, se på udskæringerne og basreliefferne og lære om historien om dette store tempel.
Når vi er færdige med at udforske Angkor Wat, er det tid til at tage mod Angkor Thoms sydport. Her vil du se det kæmpe smilende ansigt kigge ned på dig fra indgangen til den store by Angkor Thom. Indgangen er meget udsmykket med smukke udskæringer at se. Causewayen over voldgraven er lige så fascinerende. Der er 54 guder på den ene side og 54 djævle på den anden side. Du kan skelne mellem de to, fordi guderne vil smile til dig, og de onde ånder vil have et grimasserende udtryk.
Sidste tempel at besøge er Ta Prohm-templet. Når vi har afsluttet turen, bliver du ført tilbage til dit hotel eller et andet sted efter eget valg i Siem Reap by.

He so clearly has a passion for sharing his understandings of the temple complex: its history, architecture, the Khmer culture, things to key-in on, etc. - all while making a point to share some of his own incredible personal story. Sophorn was our private tuktuk driver and he made our trip to Angkor Wat easy and stress free. He even took us to a local spot near Ta Prohm for lunch because we were so hungry after all the walking. He picked us up promptly from our hotel at 8AM and dropped us off around 2PM. I highly recommend this tour if you only have a short time in Siem Reap like we did-it was perfect and the highlight of our time here in Siem Reap
