Vi kører ca. 43 kilometer til Anakulam via Lekshmi bjerg (vej). Den uudtalte følelse af skønhed og sindsro møder sammen i en skovlås landsby kaldet Aanakulam. Elephants dale her i store sociale grupper i menneskelige beboede områder, hvilket er noget unikt omkring dette naturskønne sted. To bifloder af Periyaar, nemlig Idacholayaar og Nallatanniyaar wets og nærer dette land. Tilgængelighed afhænger af jeep service Alle kan nyde elefantbesætninger inden for en afstand af 50 meter. Anakulam er et amfiteater omgivet af Reserve skove. Det har høj entydighed på grund af geografisk, klimatisk og kulturel rigdom. Muthuvans og Hill Pulayas er suigeneris alene. Andre attraktioner; Viripara tiger hule besøg, Gummi plantage besøg, Perumankuth vandfald, River crossing, hængende bro, Svømning i faren fri flod, off road drive (inde skov), vilde elefant ankomststed

The tour was amazing. The scenery in and around Munnar is incredible and a much needed rest from the big city hassle of other parts of the country. Our guide gave us great explanations of all plants and its harvesting. We were a bit unlucky as 2 places were closed due to weather alerts in the area and we did not see any elephants. But as far as the actual tour and guide goes it was a 10/10 experiences. Our favorite tour in India so far.

Everything about this tour was amazing! The views were spectacular and the weather was perfect. We stopped for lunch and the chicken was very tasty (the rest of the food was quite spicy 😅). Unfortunately, we didn't get to see any elephants, even after waiting for 2 hours. However, it was still a very beautiful experience and one that we would definitely recommend.

Some really lovely views and our guide Jeeba was a decent driver which makes a difference on the windy roads. We didn't see any elephants on this occasion but you can't schedule nature so thats okay (did see a snake though). Only downside was that we asked them to drop us off at our hotel as it was on the way back. Maybe a 2km detour max and they charged an extra 1200 ruppees which was poor form from the tour company.
It was a truly fantastic and most exciting trip! We were very happy to see so many elephants during the safari. The guide Mr.Ranjith was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He ensured a very safe and comfortable journey throughout the trip, and he explained everything clearly and interestingly. What impressed us most was his patience and care — he waited until the last sighting and made sure we had the best experience possible. Overall, it was an unforgettable adventure with excellent service, safe driving, and wonderful memories. Highly recommended!

I had an incredible time on the Evening Anakylam Tour, and a huge thank you to our driver Vinod for making it unforgettable! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to ensure we spotted wildlife highlights. We were thrilled to see wild bison in the forest and a majestic wild elephant up close—such an exciting thrill! The views were breathtaking: endless green tea plantations stretching across the hills, vast open spaces, and the sheer natural beauty of the area left us in awe. This tour is a must-do for nature lovers. Highly recommend!

A great experience seeing all the amazing sights Munnar has to offer. Ganesh was a great guide with loads of local knowledge and a great eye for spotting birds/animals.
