The driver communicated well and waited for us .very comfortable Mercedes van even though a sedan was confirmed.

It took us longer than expected to get through passport control in Amsterdam. He waited longer for us. Very nice man. Great communication with us yo get us to the pick up point

The driver waited well beyond our landing time to allow us to register EEA & collect our luggage. He helped with our bags, gave us a safe & smooth transport into the city from the airport, & we had pleasant conversation.

No communication sbout where to meet our driver. Didn’t respond to questions. Ended up taking a taxi. We need a refund

Clearance through customs took for ever but timely communications with the service provider was excellent and although we finally got to pick up location o er 2 hours late the driver was still there waiting for us.
