Crew members were very personable. Guide was very knowledgeable. Everyone was very attentive to the guests.
Absolutely amazing tour. We were a family of 10, with 6 kids in tow. The crew gave lots of historical details for the adults and plenty of excitement for the kids. Highly recommend.

Good explanation in English language. Drinks were pretty cold. Route was consulted on the spot. Spacious seating area. Helpful with getting in and out.
There are many canal boat tours. This I found very good: adequate number of people on board, friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Maybe two drinks are too much for the 1 hour tour: you don’t have time to drink calmly 🤣
We thought we would go on a standard tour, but Lex who was our guide made the whole tour personal with a wealth of information in addition to the standard descriptions of Amsterdam. Good discussion on topics bigger than just the buildings, but also how they have affected the history of the Netherlands and Amsterdam and the aftermath to date. Luc who drove the boat was a rock and both were extremely polite, nice and helpful. Highly recommended!
