Everything was fantastic, punctual, and the snack was pleasant and enjoyable.
Boat trip along coast, swim in med, drop off at amalfi to explore and eat, pick up and quick return to cruise port. Some motion sickness.

the ride was beautiful! the staff was very friendly and helpful. drinks and snacks and music onboard. only complaint was i wish i had known we stopped to swim so i would have worn a bathing suit. and meeting point sent me to the army building, but people there were helpful in getting me to the boat. which ended up being directly next to my cruise ship, very convenient

Absolutely no communication/response when sent a message when our cruise port was changed. We tried calling them. They responded they didn't know what to do they had to contact Viator. We needed help figuring out what to do. We never heard anything back from the tour company when I sent a message. Viator also tried contacting them with no response. No refund. Beware when booking
The tour was crowded. There was not enough seated room available for all the clients. But overall a good experience.
Meeting directions were a little confusing as I heard in some other reviews, but it was literally staring at us the whole time. The boat was called Euphoria. It was just down from the wavy roof information building. The crew were friendly and helpful. The tour up the Amalfi coast was incredible with amazing sights to see! We stopped in Amalfi for at least 2 hours which was so welcome, as I was getting seasick for the last part of the journey. Amalfi was beautiful. Places to eat and souvenir shops. The boat ride back was much smoother. All in all it was a good trip. If you tend to get motion sickness, be prepared, but I would recommend the tour.
The boat trip was wonderful and lovely at first but then one of the male men who worked in the bar got the idea to put on techno and dance music at very high volume everywhere on the boat, even on the way home. Since I unfortunately suffer from tinnitus, it became difficult to enjoy the boat trip.Amalfi town was very beautiful, nice little picturesque streets and houses and it sold a lot of lemon ice cream in the heat. The woman who worked on the boat was very good and took care of most things. Will go there again some other time with another boat.
