Denne Tour Enogastronomico er pensato per chi vuole scoprire le meraviglie delle colline di Conegliano Valdobbiadene, Unesco-arv siden 2019. Solo aziende a conduzione familiare. La prima tappa del tour sera all'aperto dove sarete guidati nella degustazione di Prosecco DOCG che saranno accompagnati da salumi e formaggi. Der serveres antipasti, primo, secondo, vand og kaffe i en fantastisk Osteria med en fantastisk udsigt over bakkerne. Efter at have udforsket de vidunderlige højdepunkter Unesco-arven, vil vi bo i den anden kantine, en lille familie, hvor vi vil opleve en god oplevelse. È previsto anche un piccolo pranzo pensato appositamente per voi in una taverna locale dalla quale potrete goere di un panorama mozzafiato. Turen starter og slutter fra Treviso, Conegliano eller Piazzale Roma Venezia.

Direzione verso le colline di Conegliano due vi sarà l'introduzione al territorio con spiegazioni del vino principe della zona e dei prodotti enogastronomici. Vi sarà quindi la prima sosta nella prima cantina per la degustazione.
Le spiegazioni scivoleranno lungo la giornata e la pausa pranzo avrà una durata di circa un'ora e mezza. Acqua, vino, primo og secondo saranno compresi nel menù del giorno.
Prima del ritorno a Venezia o al luogo di partenza vi è la seconda degustazione, più tecnica, dove le varie differenze di territorio e produzione verranno sapientemente spiegati il tutto accompagnato da spumeggianti calici di Prosecco Docg!

Great day and wonderful experience. Umberto was a fantastic diver and Matilda and Sarah (from the wineries) were both incredibly welcoming. The Prosecco was Buonissimo!!

We were a group of friends of six who got a lovely day trip from Treviso up to Prosecco Hills in the beautiful early summer weather. Up there we visited two family-owned vineyards La Svolta and Glo Allor. We got to try a total of 7 Prosecco wines, actually 8 according to the description, but were still so happy with everything. I also got a fantastic charcuterie and cheese tray at La Svolta with local ingredients. Lunch was also included at the restaurant La Postina in Santa Maria. Umberto was a serviceable and reliable driver and guide throughout the day. No problem that two people needed gluten-free diet! Can highly recommend others this trip.

We had the perfect day with Umberto. As we drove into the hills of Prosecco he began to explain the details of the region. He also described our itinerary for the day. It was not surprising to hear he is from the area as his passion was obvious from is level of knowledge. We had a stop before and after lunch at two different wineries. The morning stop provided an excellent explanation of the prosecco region, the grapes and what goes into making the wine. Umberto then took us to an excellent lunch spot we were able to casually dine until we departed for our next stop. At the next winery we took a walk in the vineyard where we learned about their approach to making prosecco. We enjoyed tasting four different variations at both wineries including one that is made in the more traditional method. We loved them all so much we ordered several bottle to be shipped home. Umberto then drove us back to Treviso and answered several more questions we had about the vineyards. We booked this option in hopes of a private tour that provided a high level of engagement at a casual pace and we got just that. We would definitely book Umberto again if we make it back to Italy. Thank you Umberto!
Umberto was a great host on this lovely tour. He met us promptly in Venice then drove us to the hills nearby in a very comfortable vehicle. On the way he explained not only interesting wine and prosecco facts, but also information on the area. We visited two DOCG wineries. The first was a family owned vineyard in the country with gorgeous views. After a short tour, we tasted 4 wines and were served the most amazing charcuterie platter of fresh foods! The wines and food were very good. It was such a quiet, beautiful setting g. Our next stop was a great lunch at a local restaurant. We enjoyed gnocchi. Then on to a second family winery, where we learned about premium prosecco. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and we have a private tour and tasting. Again we tasted 4 great wines. This was a relaxing, wonderful private tour! We highly recommend contacting Umberto for a special day!
Umberto is an excellent guide, who knows so much about history and the wines! He blended together those and took us to a couple of small, local wineries, where we tasted different kinds of wines and discussed about them and everything else under the sun. We also visited the vines and the wine making facilities and was given a tour by the owner! We'd do it again!
