Not satisfied
Excursion booked since we arrived with an MSC cruise, by the Atlantic road.
We were absolutely not satisfied. First of all, despite having requested a child seat for our 1-year-old daughter, as soon as we arrived no one seemed to know the thing or anyway take an interest in the safety of our daughter, it is I who had to ask several people, until one of the bus drivers pulled down a seat of the fixed ones on a seat of the vehicle, making people move already seated and making us change the vehicle compared to the one they had assigned us. First impact therefore absolutely negative.
Afterwards the driver did not know the way to the viewpoint, and at least twice he took very small streets and then had to turn back, in reverse and with narrow and downhill roads, with many people in the bus asking to get off in fear, because the driver did not seem to own the vehicle at all.
Second impact therefore still negative.
After two stops for views, arrived at the Atlantic road that was then the highlight of the hike, the guide told us a few words about what to do and holed up in the cafe restaurant.
We had to book another excursion with them in a fjord but we gave up. The Atlantic road is done quietly with a rented car, with which we can make as many stops as we want by the way, and if there is a next time we will do so.

Firstly, please be assured that we take child safety extremely seriously, so much so that we will not allow children on board without the proper child seats. We did in fact have the child seat for your child, it just needed to be placed in the seat. We had several buses operating that day for your ship and your requested child seat was on one of them.
You were lucky to have had one of our most experienced and lovely guides, Giulia during your tour. It is true, that the driver took an incorrect turn during your excursion. We apologize for that and he has been talked to from our bus supplier/his direct employer.
Our guide, explained in detail everything about the Atlantic Ocean Road and then allowed everyone to walk the platform and take photos, etc. at their leisure. She was available at any time, should you have questions.
We're sorry for the hiccups that you encountered during your excursion, but are confident that Giulia adapted to the best of her ability and provided a quality tour that we are known for.
We do hope that you had a nice vacation here in Norway and thank you again for your feedback!

The Atlantic road and...much more!
The tour was organized very well. They waited for us on the quay right outside the cruise ship and accompanied and assisted us at all times.
Special thanks to Camillo, our Italian Guide, who told us in detail about the places visited, adding also a lot of news about Norway, Norwegians and their way of life.
Good driver too!!
They drove us back to the port absolutely in time for the ship's departure.

Atlantic road
Pleasant route on the Atlantic road in addition to stops at the Second War museum and the viewpoint. Very good and very sweet Guide of which I remember only that she was Sardinian. Bravo.

The Atlantic road, emotions and views
The Atlantic road is many beautiful tales about Norway, scenic stops. The Guide, Camillo, in Italian accompanied us with extreme professionalism, empathy and sympathy. Bravissimo!

Molde - Atlantic Road - Wonderful views
A fun and interesting excursion, with a guide who was happy to share her knowledge about the region, in the different languages. Wonderful views, so typical of the region. A really nice experience!
