Our guide Laura was a hoot and knowledgeable. She was helpful with questions we had. She even laughed at my lame jokes
While Patrick our tour driver was interesting and informative we were very disappointed when picking up our tickets at the will call window for the 12:30 Alcatraz portion of our tour - only 2 tickets were reserved for our family of 3! My husband graciously offered to stay behind but we were all disappointed. Alcatraz was sold out for the rest of the day so there was no option of rescheduling. Beware- and check your emailed tickets carefully!!!! We hope the company willl reimburse us for the mistake and inconvenience .

A brilliant way to get the feel of San Francisco from the wharf through the amazing streets to the Golden Gate Bridge. Our guide was informed and gave us good time at each stop, We loved Presido and definitely worth a visit. Definitely would recommend. The transition to the ferry was seamless and the boat and time on Alcatraz was great.
