Albufeira Dreamer-bådtur

Sadly our trip was cancelled due to the windy weather, which we understand but it wasn't made very clear in telling customers this was the case. Apparently they used a megaphone to explain which they clearly didn't as we in the cafe No 4 opposite and heard nothing. Anyways these things happen and unfortunately asked for a refund as we were heading home the next day

Very good experience during this boat trip. Nice discovery of the dolphins and the Benagil caves. The navigation team is top-notch.

It was ok but not fantastic. Seemed like they were just going through the motions. They knew no dolphins were around before we left the dock so just headed out for a bit and turned around. Not much communication until we slowed down to view coastline. Didn’t even have water to offer. Hard to get pictures over all the peoples heads. Not something I would rush to do again.

Ok we didn't see the 'golfinhos' but we did enjoy the boat trip and take pix inside the Benagil caves on a beautiful day. Some people swam off the back of the boat. It was great fun and well worth the money. A lot of fun.

Fabulous 2.5 hour caves and dolphins trip today. Very well organised, friendly and caring team on board ensured everyone was comfortable. The caves were a magnificent sight and the commentary was informative and amusing. They went out of their way to find dolphins and we were blessed to see a pair of Bottle-Nosed Dolphins near the end of our trip. Thank you. Highly recommended trip operators.

The best boat ride! The staff were full of knowledge and we stopped at all of the caves and had plenty of time to look around and take pictures, unfortunately due to swells we were unable to go inside with the boat however this was ok as we could see perfectly fine. We were lucky enough to spot dolphins within minutes of leaving the marina, it was the most magical moment! Absolutely loved it. The boat was fast and I’d suggest sitting up front as we had the most perfect view. Price was reasonable, if you are in Albufeira it’s a must!

An amazing experience and were lucky enough to see the dolphins when we went, which was a real highlight. We were lucky enough to sit at the front of the boat, which made the trip even more enjoyable and gave us some fantastic views and perfect for photo opportunities when we went right into the Benagil Caves. The only slight issue was that our original trip was cancelled. However, the customer service was excellent — they responded promptly and managed to get us onto another boat just two days later. So, although the cancellation was obviously disappointing at the time, the way it was handled was brilliant and I really can’t fault them for it.

The whole experience was brilliant. The staff were 1st class.
