I loved the class! Chef Gaetane is an amazing instructor. We learned how to make croissants and pan au chocolat the traditional way. A must do when in Aix!

The class was fun and informative. We had people with no experience and some with more, but all had a good time and made some amazing pastries. I highly recommend it and would take another class from these amazing people.

We had a great time learning how to make croissants & pain-au-chicolat pastries today (although we’ll probably never be able to make them at home). The chef was wonderful. We worked in a professional kitchen with six other guests who were fun to get to know. If you’re visiting Aix-En-Provence, we highly recommend this experience.

This was a very fun experience and an enjoyable afternoon. The group was small and everyone had a good time participating. The class is held in a professional kitchen and the teacher was great. She had a wry sense of humor which I greatly enjoyed. When I told her I'd seen people grate the butter for lamination instead of pounding it, she said "well, the british don't make croissants." We all came home with a couple of croissants and a couple of pain au chocolate so we had breakfasts and good memories to enjoy afterwards. I highly recommend this experience!

We had a wonderful class, good for bakers of all levels, from the experienced to the novice. My dtr and I attended , perfect class size of 8 students. Can’t wait to get my copy of the recipe so I can try these at home!

This was everything I was hoping for, and more. The instructor was very clear and helped us to be able to reproduce the most delicious croissant and chocolate treat.
