Start vores 1-dages Agafay-ørkentur, den nærmeste ørken til Marrakech. Et bakket goldt landskab ved foden af Atlas, Agafay-ørkenen, er en legeplads for quadbikere og buggy-entusiaster med en kulisse af ofte sneklædte tinder. Dernæst holder du pause til te ved Lake Takerkoust, en populær weekend-rekreationssø for Marrakchi fra byen. Sejlads, svømning og sejlads er populære aktiviteter her. gå off road og køre gennem et helt andet landskab af stenørken, golde lysebrune plateauer, beduinlandsby, Oasis og derefter høje bakker med panoramaudsigt over High Atlas
Et par timer senere vil små pletter af grønt begynde at vise sig, og ikke længe efter vil du være tilbage på asfaltvejen omkranset af de gamle eukalyptustræer. Du kommer til kanten af Lalla Takerkoust-søen bygget som en dæmning, hvor Marrakech får sin elektricitet.
I Aguergour får du mulighed for at besøge et berberhus og spise frokost indenfor.
Besøg det enorme Plateau of Kik med landskaber så langt øjet rækker. Udsigten er meget smuk og varierer alt efter årstiden (sneklædte tinder om vinteren, frugttræer blomstrer om foråret ...)
Stop i Asni, en lille by (marked om lørdagen) med udsigt til Toubkal, den højeste top i Nordafrika. Derefter passerer du Moulay Brahim-kløfterne, Ghighaya-dalen og Tahanouete, før du kommer til Marrakech.

Best part of our Morocco trip - hands down. Thank you Viator/Authentic Sahara Tours. Hakim was an incredible guide and made our tour very special. Our lunch stop with Saida Berber House was incredible. We recommend the private 1-day tour of the Agafay for sure.

What a day! When your very custom day trip plan turns out even better than expected! From Marrakesh through the Atlas Mountains, Ait Ben Haddou to Ouzarate then back to Agafay Desert for the best meal with the view of the sunset and a perfect dinner setup for my boyfriends birthday (and the cake) - no words! Lahcen was exceptional during the booking/planning process and Mustapha delivered it to absolute perfection! Thank you Mustapha for such an amazing day, you were so kind and caring, you made us want to come back! In the meantime, we will certainly be recommending you to friends and family coming to Morocco! We had a great day trip, picked up promptly at our hotel by Jamal, our delightful driver, in a clean, safe, air-conditioned car. We visited the Agafay desert, about one hour outside of Marrakech. We climbed the highest point in the desert (not a difficult climb) for a wonderful perspective on the vast desert and a nearby village. We had lunch in a Berber village. Jamal is a personable, warm and intelligent man, who answered all our questions and provided a great deal of history and cultural insight. We returned to our hotel tired, but happy. So pleased were we with Jamal's company, that we requested him for another excursion the following day. Highly recommended tour, extraordinary driver.
A very successful day tour. Jamal, our "guide" was very friendly, polite and pleasant. He told us a lot and explained, knows great spots, is a good driver and very responsive to our wishes. We had a very delicious lunch with great views at a Berber family in the Atlas Mountains. I highly recommend it. Thank you for the great day.
We were 3 people on this tour to the Agafay Desert with the Gide Ismael, really nice Gide, always explaining us everything and making sure everything was alright. I’m sure we’ll be back and do the tour to the Sahara. I recommend this tour to everyone.
We were 3 friends and went with a guide named Ismael and he showed us all of the villages and explained every detail. It was very cool to know the city, and ride the camel. Next time I need to do the 2/3 day trip to de desert.
Our guide was informative and friendly. We had a really interesting day in the Agafay Desert, in a Berber village (where we had the most delicious lunch in incredible surroundings) and a mini-hike up the mountain to another village with one of the women from the village. Lots of stops for photos and all in all a wonderful day.
We had a great day trip from Marrakech to Agafay Desert with views of the Atlas Mountains. It included a short camel ride and a delicious meal at the home of a Berber family. Our guide Mohammad was informative, fun and hospitable, and the trip was well planned by AST. The company provided quick responses during the booking process. I recommend this company to others, and I will absolutely use them again if I am back in Morocco! Thanks AST!
The tour was very interesting and varied. A special highlight was lunch with a Berber family in the Atlas Mountains. We were warmly welcomed to this Berber family and first guided through their village, where we received some exciting information. Afterwards, we were served an excellent 4-course menu with this Berber family. Saida, the daughter of the family, could even speak some English. Also our driver Hamed was very warm and great. He was very responsive to our wishes. A highly recommended excursion.
