Agadir: Guided Sandboarding & Sunset BBQ middag

I would not recommend booking this tour. We booked the quad biking and sandboarding package, but the experience was nothing like advertised. It took around 2.5 hours to reach the dunes from Agadir, with two unnecessary stops along the way. There was no indication in the description or small print that such a long journey with multiple stops was involved. Once we arrived, we then had to walk over 30 minutes across steep sand dunes just to reach the sandboarding area. It was exhausting and not suitable for many people, yet this wasn’t made clear before booking. The biggest disappointment was that when I asked about the quad biking, I was simply told it had been cancelled for the day and offered a camel ride instead. Meanwhile, another group who had booked through a different company were riding quad bikes at the same location. That left us feeling misled and treated as second-class customers. Overall, the organisation was poor, communication was lacking, and the experience was nowhere near worth the money. My advice is to book directly through your hotel or a reputable local tour operator instead. You’ll likely get a better organised trip and avoid wasting a day of your holiday.

Picked up on time and taken for the Quad Biking ! This was superb and just myself and my Wife. Something I’d never done before. Loved it. Then taken to Sandboarding - Again loved it and didn’t fall off !! The barbecue was excellent and the entertainment very fitting with Morocco. A thoroughly recommended trip.

What a wonderful experience! We were looked after well. Quad biking was fun, surfing the sand dunes gave the legs a work out and finished with a wonderful Moroccan BBQ and entertainment. Definitely recommend. Driver and guide was knowledgeable and helpful!

The experience was really good as was the food however the show was very disappointing as was just some guys playing instruments

An excellent morning out for me and my 18 year old son. We had WhatsApp messages sent to let us know what time we wpuld be collected and then when our driver had arrived. The mini bus was immaculate and air conditioned so it was a comfortable journey to the quad biking place. Sufyaan drove us there and was brilliant throughout. We'd chosen to sit upfront with him, as there other parties on the bus too, which allowed us chance to chat with him and find out a bit more about Agadir and surrounding areas. We stopped twice; the first place to look around the colourful village for about 15 minutes, which was nice - there was no people selling you anything, more just getting on with their daily lives. The second stop was at the service station so we could all use the loo before we hit the desert. My son and I got dropped off first, as we'd booked a slightly different tour to the others. We were met with another lovely chap who suited and booted us up. Our bikes were already waiting, so off we went. Our guide travelled at a pace we felt comfortable with and he kept checking we were ok throughout. We stopped alongside the coast for photo opportunities and a nice chat. Then we got back on and travelled to the dunes where the rest of the party were. Here, we did sand boarding! Another fun activity where you were not pressured into doing it if you didn't want to. A guy came with his camels but again there was no hard sell at all! After everyone had had a go and was happy, we took a short walk back to the car park and away we went. We stopped at the services again for a loo break and to pick up drinks etc, then were all dropped off safely at our hotels. A thoroughly enjoyable trip and one I would definitely recommend. Sufyaan was excellent, as was the quad biking man (I didn't get his name sadly!) So, they're both worth an extra special mention! If we do come back to Agadir, I would not hesitate to book this trip again. Thank you! Mel and Alfie.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Unfortunately, this tour was very disappointing and did not match the experience advertised on Viator. During the excursion, one of the quads repeatedly broke down and eventually stopped working. Even more concerning, a member of our group was left behind by the guide without any communication, which created an unnecessary safety concern. The sunset desert experience shown in the promotional photos was also very different from what we actually received. We specifically booked this tour based on the experience being advertised, and the reality did not reflect the marketing materials. We have photos and videos documenting these differences. The dinner portion was also disappointing, and the chicken served appeared undercooked, raising additional concerns about food quality and safety. While the staff were polite, the overall experience felt poorly organized and far below expectations. Between the equipment issues, safety concerns, food quality concerns, and the significant difference between the advertised experience and what was delivered, we cannot recommend this tour. We raised these concerns after the activity and were ultimately offered only a 10% refund despite providing evidence of the issues encountered.

From the start to the end of the evening we had a brilliant time. The quad biking was great fun, and the sandboarding amusing, but hard work on the legs walking back up the dunes! Then a traditional meal and entertainment to finish the trip. Our guide was helpful and friendly throughout the experience. Would definitely recommend it to anyone for all ages

Quad biking and sand boarding was really good fun we all enjoyed. I did expect the fire and food to be on the desert but we travelled to a different location for this
