I was very impressed with my experience of Viator. I booked the departure transfer online and had prompt communication on potential pickup times. The ride was very comfortable. The driver made sure that since we were travelling with a baby, he drove smoothly. They even had a car seat for my daughter, that was an added benefit with them.
