Afhentning i Kairo lufthavn med møde og Assist

as we were arriving in Cairo late at night & didnt have a visa we paid extra for a driver to meet us outside the disembarkation gate to assist us obtaining a visa & passing through immigration . No one showed up either at the gate, at immigration or at the luggage collection ! We telephoned the number in the Viator document & spoke to a man who said he would ring me back but never did ! Every other passenger had left before we found a local who could speak English & was happy to help us. A very stressful experience & unpleasant & expensive entry to Egypt . I will never use Viator again- had to give one star to be able to write a review - should be zero star.

We were met quickly by the representative who helped us get through immigration and customs process which was chaotic. Our driver scooped us up and away we went. The fellow who met us was no nice and engaging, he made our 4 year old laugh and smile when she was definitely over the entire day at 1am

Good service and recommended. Arrival into Cairo Airport can be stHersham and chaotic. This was my second time visiting and both times I arranged private meet-and-greet service and hotel transfer. It really takes the thinking out of arrival and you can just relax and not have to worry about being in the right line—or waiting forever in line. Specific to this pick-up, Hersham was waiting for us at the bottom of the escalator as we entered the immigration hall. He gathered our carry-ons and our passports. He managed the formalities, then helped us claim our baggage and go through customs and outside to the driver to get us to the hotel. He was friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. Yes, you can manage arrival on your own but if it’s your first time in Cairo it’s not like arriving in Singapore or Munich or Toronto. You have to know what you’re doing and it can be intimidating. I highly recommend booking with Hersham and his colleagues.

Great service, as soon as we got to the arrivals gate, there was someone waiting for us and quickly helped us through a very chaotic arrivals hall! Thoroughly recommended!

Egypt airport was crazy busy, we got so lucky booking this meet and assist,they took care of the visa, vip linea thru customs and direct to your hotel . Must do when in Cairo!

This is a great service if you feel unfamiliar with a new city and a new airport. The airport guide- Hesham was ready and available. He was courteous, friendly, professional and helped us get through immigration quickly. He assisted us with our bags and accompanied us to our hotel along with the driver. When we first couldn't see the airport guide, the tour company was very responsive and confirmed that the guide was there. Good reliable service! Highly recommend!
