Excellence all the way around. Delivered premium service as expected. A smooth meet up after baggage, a nice refreshing towel waiting for us, water and beer in the van and functioning WiFi Erick was our driver and treated us like royalty.

I used STP for round trip airport travel via the luxury van. My arrival flight was delayed about an hour and a half, I reached out via email to inform them and received confirmation that they were tracking my flight and would be there when I landed. Upon arrival I was greeted by Samuel as soon as I excited the airport. Joaquin was my driver and he was extremely nice! The ride to the resort was really pleasant. There was cold water, hand sanitizer and a cold towel provided before we even pulled off. Joaquin also made sure we had the WiFi password and an option for music. My return trip was at 5:15am, Mr. Gomez was at the resort by 5:00 with a smile on to greet us. Again, there was cold water, hand sanitizer and cold towels provided even so early in the morning. Mr. Gomez ensured we had the WiFi password and we had a great conversation during the ride. Overall, I had an exceptional experience with STP! They’ll be my preferred transport provider anytime I’m in Cancun!

Daniel drove us twice. He was very patient with our delay on the trip from Cancun Airport to our resort. On the return trip 4 days later we lucked out and Daniel drove us back to the airport. We could be more pleased with his service, and helpful attitude.
