Had a wonderful excursion with Garth. He took us to Valley of the Nuns. His knowledge of the area and plants is amazing. If we return to the Island will definitely book another tour. Great communication with Tour Operator prior to trip. Do not hesitate to book you won’t be disappointed.
Booked the four hour trip for our wedding anniversary, we were picked up at our hotel by John who is an excellent guide who explained everything about the tour and put us at ease . We left it to John to recommended places to visit and he did not let us down plus he seems to know everyone on the island, we went to the nuns valley the Cabo Girao sky walk called for a poncha at a bar with amazing views and saw parts of the west side of the island, all in all a fantastic experience which we would definitely recommend .
What a fabulous experience we had with John our guide and driver He was very helpful and knowledgeable and took us where we wanted after a consultation with us and himself. Amazing trip up to Nuns Valley. Picked up at hotel & driver (Rocko) was great & had a real insight to the Island & thoroughly enjoyed it & highly recommend. Ride on bike was exilerating & superb fun.
This is a highly recommended trip for anyone visiting Madeira. Our guide Garth was a real character who seemed to know everyone and had a really refreshing positive outlook on everything. He took his time with us and showed us some great sights that we would not have otherwise known about. We visited a lovely little authentic local cafe in the mountains and had a freshly made Poncha that tasted delicious. We cannot recommend Garth and this experience highly enough.
Absolutely deserves 5 stars. Met at the Hotel and were able to choose a bespoke route for the tour. Our driver was so cool - the trikes are well known and it seems like every local gives us a wave or thumbs up - we felt like celebrities! It’s a great way to see the island and felt both safe and exhilarating at the same time. A must if you visit Madeira!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Adventure in Madeira! We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Adventure Trikes Madeira. A personalised trip going to where we wanted to visit after a few suggestions from our hosts. The two-hour journey into the stunning Nuns Valley was the highlight of our trip. The scenery was simply breathtaking, with spectacular mountain views, winding roads, and countless opportunities to take in the beauty of Madeira. Our 4 year old grandson accompanied us, kitted out with a helmet he certainly looked the part and loved the trip. A special mention must go to John and Garth, whose skills, knowledge, and professionalism made the tour exceptional. Their expert riding was impressive to watch and gave us complete confidence throughout the journey. They struck the perfect balance between safety, fun, and adventure, while sharing interesting information and ensuring everyone had a great time. The trikes were excellent, the route was superb. If you're looking for a unique way to explore Madeira and experience some of its most incredible scenery, we cannot recommend Adventure Trikes Madeira highly enough. Garth, thank you so much. Absolutely brilliant! A must do when visiting the island. Spent 4 hours seeing the best of Madeira. He was able to take us to areas of Nun's Valley that no other tour goes. Also, worth it just to see the accordion player who can't sing or play the accordion 😀

This was the highlight of our holiday! John, our driver and guide, was fun and incredibly knowledgable about the areas we stopped at. My wife was initially nervous about going on this trip, but she soon changed her mind and thoroughly enjoyed it!

We had great communication with John prior to the tour. Very friendly and professional, lots of knowledge about the island. Very flexible and catered to our request to see certain parts of the island and so we had a brilliant couple of hours seeing some beautiful scenery especially Nuns Valley which is highly recommended as it's spectacular. highly recommend using John and the company.
