Deltag i trompetmagien - et program med de smukkeste julesanger og festmusik - til julesæsonen, som fortolkes mesterligt af trompetister og organister! Trompetmagien i Annakirche indbyder til øjeblikke af pause - øjeblikke, hvor man kan undgå trængsel og stress i førjulstiden for at reflektere over det væsentlige igen. Inspirerende tekstinterventioner bidrager til en afslappet og intim atmosfære.

Den vidunderligt restaurerede Annakirche, den barokke insidertip nær State Opera House i centrum af Wien, åbner sine døre igen for kontemplative adventskoncerter. Programmet spænder over en række fra Wiens klassisk musik til de smukkeste nationale og internationale adventssange, som er mesterligt fortolket af trompetister og organister - en glad, kontemplativ aften, der stemmer overens med den kommende jul og ikke bør gå glip af. Den opvarmede kirke, indviet af kejserinde Maria Theresa, er prydet med storslåede fresker af Daniel Gran, kunstneren, der også skabte cyklus af fresker i kupplen på det nationale biblioteks selskabssal. program: Værker af W.A. Mozart, J.S. Bach, F. Schubert, J. Haydn og andre samt de smukkeste nationale og internationale adventssange

The church with its incredible baroque work is enchanting; took us by surprise as on the it’s outside is quite unassuming. I’m glad I discovered the church through this concert. The concert itself was underwhelming because the organ is set at loft and for most part music was played there rather than infront of the audience at the altar. We were expecting to watch a performance however we were only able to look around the incredible church, take its beauty in and listen to the music as it was being played. I must add the acoustics is great though but expected more to be seen…

To be fair, we arrived a little late so we may have missed an introduction. The music quality was terrific but we chose this concert expecting more Christmas music such as Silent Night, Away in the Manger, Joy to the World, etc. The fact that we were in Austria and did not hear Silent Night was disappointing.
Stellar performance in a beautiful venue. The acoustics in the church were phenomenal! It was a lovely evening and it definitely was worth the time.
this was a beautiful concert in the heart of the city we enjoyed it very much. the music was welcoming, and the program was done in German and English.
Underwhelming. Was expecting to watch the musicians as they played but instead they played upstairs behind the audience for most of the concert. A short 10 minute Christmas medley was the nod to Christmas at the very end.
