Shameful.

It is shameful that they throw away the snacks that children bring in their backpacks for dinner on the way back from the Institute trip. If they do not want food to be brought in, they should specify that it should be stored in a locker so that they can have their dinner on the bus ride back and not throw it away. Please, it is embarrassing, especially for kids with just enough money to not waste it.

I will not return and I do not recommend it.

The facilities are very nice, and each site is well themed according to the atmosphere they aim to create. But I give it only 1 star because the customer service seemed terrible to me; I believe that many of the people who work there lack knowledge about how to treat the public. In the two Batman roller coasters (Batman Gotham City and Shadows of Arkham), the staff served with reluctance. In Gotham City, we waited in line for 2 hours to ride the attraction, which lasts about 3 minutes. I asked the guy if we could wait for the next turn to be the first to ride, and he didn't even let me finish speaking before he rudely responded that we could not. In Shadows of Arkham, we had a worse experience; there was a girl directing people, and in front of us was a group of 6 guys who wanted to sit first, and they were allowed to go for the next round. They passed, and just at that moment, the person was changed to a girl we asked if we could sit in the front seats for the next round, since the previous group had been allowed to do so, and she rudely responded, "Well, I am not her; you have to sit where I told you." I find it very unpleasant to pay so much money for such poor service from staff who should make you feel welcome. They should also have a limit on the number of people allowed; we went on a weekend, and it is understandable that it gets busier, but from 4 PM to midnight, we could only ride 4 attractions due to the excessive lines. The prices of the food seem outrageous to me; they want you to consume inside, but eating there is crazy. My husband and I went to spend our wedding anniversary at that place because we were very excited to go, but it became clear to us that we would never return and we would not recommend it either. Tomorrow we have entry at the Beach, but we are not excited at all to go; we hope the experience is not equally terrible.

Avoid in warm months

⭐☆☆☆☆ Parque Warner Madrid has a great theme and some impressive attractions, but the overall experience was disappointing. The park feels overcrowded, with excessively long queues that can easily consume most of your day. Food and drinks are very expensive for the quality offered, and the service throughout the park often feels indifferent and unhelpful. To make matters worse, several attractions experienced delays or downtime, leaving guests waiting without clear communication. Similar complaints about long waits and ride interruptions appear frequently in visitor reviews.  While the atmosphere and Warner-themed areas are enjoyable, the poor value for money, lack of customer focus, and endless waiting make it hard to recommend. There are better ways to spend a day in Madrid. Would not return. ⭐☆☆☆☆

Each time worse

Having to wait in line just to access. Being at the attractions and seeing that at the official time of 12:00, they are not operational. This is something already common in the park. What is really outrageous is that being approximately at most 15 minutes from entering the Gothan attraction, at 12:20, it has not started operating, they launch two cars with people and then stop it again. It has been 1:35 since we have been at the entrance and we still have not ridden. It is not punctual, this has happened to us 3 or 4 times. The management of the park is getting worse, they lie in the app about wait times. Everything is dirty and old. I don't understand why they close in winter if they never do maintenance. You only seek money and you don't even disguise it anymore.

I wouldn't return even if it were free

A shame; my friend Jcorko lost his phone and they did not help him recover it. I am not going to return and give money to these people, and the customer service was very foolish.

The PhotoPass scam.

I booked and paid for the PhotoPass, €35, mainly for the photos of my daughter at the character house. They gave me a handful of tickets with the supposed QR code to download the photos, but when I tried to download them, it wouldn't let me for any of them, I kept getting an error. I have written to them but they do not respond, I called them and they told me to write... round and round for nothing. Result: €35 that they kept and I have no photos.... regrettable.

Day at the park

It was an extremely hot day with the breeze from the water rides, the attractions were always adrenaline-pumping, the new Batman ride is a 10... fantastic! It was the first time at an amusement park, after dozens of experiences, that I did not eat junk food but a perfectly normal and common meal at an affordable price. I recommend bringing a bag to waterproof your backpack and especially your phone.

Disastrous staff

Outrageous! In the parking lot, we were told that the park closed at 10 PM, and at 7:45 PM we found out that it closed at 8 PM. The employees were very unpleasant, with little desire to inform and work at any attraction. I asked if one was dangerous for a 6-year-old who was tall enough, and when I got in, I had to take him out because it kept spinning. Without being able to organize ourselves, counting on it closing at that hour, the lines that said 30 minutes turned out to be 1 hour… water attractions closed with 95 degrees and no information… in short, the treatment from the staff was a disaster, a 0. In the end, the kids have fun because it is an amusement park, but the parents see everything else and you spend money only to leave upset.

🤷🏻 2 HORAS ATRAPADOS en GOTHAM ESCAPE: sin explicaciones, sin foto, vídeo pagados, ni compensación y queja borrada

🇬🇧 ⭐☆☆☆☆ — Over 1 hour and 50 minutes stuck in Gotham Escape: no information, no compensation, no Fotopass photo or video, and our complaint deleted Date of visit: May 15, 2026 What should have been a fun afternoon at Parque Warner Madrid turned into a frustrating experience — and, frankly, a very telling one about how this park handles problems with its guests. At 6:34 PM we entered the Gotham Escape attraction. Shortly after, a technical breakdown occurred. This is where the real problem begins: instead of informing us clearly and offering alternatives, the staff ushered us inside the "Wayne Mansion" under the impression that the fault had been fixed. It had not. We remained in the indoor queue — with no information, no communication, and no options whatsoever — for over 1 hour and 40 minutes. The bare minimum any theme park of this calibre should offer in a situation like this is a priority pass (Fast Pass / Skip-the-Line) for another attraction, or the option to return later without losing your place. Nothing was offered. Absolutely nothing. But what concerns us most is not the breakdown itself — mechanical failures can happen at any facility — but the fact that this is not an isolated incident. These kinds of prolonged technical stoppages have become a recurring pattern at this park, particularly at the start of the mid or peak season, which points directly to shortcomings in preventive maintenance. In our last three visits, there has always been at least one attraction with a technical failure or closure. To make matters worse, the comment we posted on the park's official Instagram account describing this exact incident was deleted. We have reposted it — and will likely see it deleted again. Silencing a legitimate customer complaint is not crisis management. It is an aggravating factor. World-class parks like Disney or Busch Gardens have clear protocols for these situations because they understand that a guest's time has value. At Parque Warner, however, staff try to normalise these situations, and guests who raise concerns are made to feel like they are in the wrong. And as if that were not enough: Gotham Escape is one of the few attractions included in the Fotopass service — photos and videos paid for in advance as a keepsake. Those weren't working either. And when we asked about our photo or video and were told it wasn't available, we were actually scolded. Staff claimed there was another fault with their internet connection and storage system, and that they could not retrieve, locate, or recover anything. We strongly urge the park to seriously review its maintenance protocols and, above all, the way it treats guests when things go wrong. Transparency and fair compensation are the foundation of trust. We hope this review helps other visitors set realistic expectations before heading to the park. 🇪🇸 ⭐☆☆☆☆ - Fallo técnico de más de 1h50min en Gotham Escape: sin información, sin compensación, sin foto/video de fotopass y con el comentario borrado Fecha de la visita: 15 de mayo de 2026 Lo que debería haber sido una tarde de diversión en el Parque Warner Madrid se convirtió en una experiencia frustrante y, francamente, bastante reveladora sobre cómo este parque gestiona los problemas con sus visitantes. A las 18:34h accedimos a la atracción Gotham Escape. Poco después se produjo una avería técnica. Aquí comienza el problema real: en lugar de informarnos con claridad y ofrecernos alternativas, el personal nos hizo pasar al interior de la "Mansión Wayne" bajo la impresión de que el fallo había sido reparado. No era así. Permanecimos en la cola interior, sin información, sin comunicación y sin ninguna opción durante más de 1 hora y 40 minutos. Lo mínimo esperable en cualquier parque de atracciones de este nivel ante una incidencia así sería ofrecer un pase prioritario (Speed Pass / Corre Caminos) para otra atracción o la posibilidad de regresar más tarde sin perder el turno. No se ofreció NADA. Pero lo que más preocupa no es el fallo en sí -las averías mecánicas pueden ocurrir en cualquier instalación-, sino que esto no es un hecho aislado. Este tipo de paradas técnicas prolongadas se han vuelto habituales en las atracciones del parque, especialmente al inicio de la temporada media o alta, lo que apunta directamente a deficiencias en el mantenimiento preventivo. (En las últimas tres visitas al parque siempre alguna atracción tiene fallo o la cierran, etc) Para colmo, el comentario que publicamos en la cuenta oficial de Instagram del parque relatando exactamente este incidente fue eliminado y lo hemos vuelto a escribir (seguramente lo vuelvan a eliminar). Censurar la queja legítima de un cliente no es gestión de crisis: es un agravante. Parques de referencia internacional como Disney o Busch Gardens tienen protocolos claros para estas situaciones porque entienden que el tiempo del visitante tiene valor. En el Parque Warner, en cambio, los operarios intentan normalizar estas situaciones y el visitante que reclama queda en una posición incómoda. Y como si fuera poco en la atracción que es una de las pocas incluidas en el Fotopass (fotos y vídeos pagados por adelantado para tener de recuerdo) pues tampoco funcionaban y si pedías el vídeo o la foto y no estaba: te regañaban!! Alegando que tenían otro fallo en internet y el sistema de almacenamiento y que no podían recuperarlo, ni buscarlo, etc. Recomendaría al parque revisar seriamente sus protocolos de mantenimiento y, sobre todo, su forma de tratar al usuario/visitante cuando algo sale mal. La transparencia y la compensación son la base de la confianza. Espero que esta reseña ayude a otros visitantes a valorar bien sus expectativas antes de acudir al parque.

You can't be more miserable

A real shame, my son went with his high school class, and when he entered they forced the 30 students to throw all the snacks they had to eat. That this barbarity is done to children who go with the right money, after having paid the price of such an entrance, is never to return again. It's a disgrace.
