I have used Hughes service on several occasions while I visit my son in Adelaide. They are exceptionally reliable, the cars are immaculate and the drivers are well mannered, well dressed and very friendly. It is a pleasure to know that they arrive on time and get me to the airport in plenty of time for my journey. My son recommended them highly as he has used them for both business and pleasure over several years. I highly recommend this service to anyone who respects reliability and comfort.

Meet at the airport by Hughes driver who took our luggage to his car a few minutes away, the car was very comfortable and the driver interesting to talk to very friendly and a very safe driver, highly recommend

I have to dissent from the generally positive reviews. We were allocated to Hughes by Emirates under their free chauffeur car service. On our return trip from Adelaide to the UK we were booked to be picked up by Hughes at 03.30 for a 06.30 flight. However while we were sleeping at 01.15 Hughes texted to say that (despite their confirmation of the trip the previous day) they had no driver available. Consequently when we awoke and picked up the message we had to hurriedly find a replacement taxi. Fortunately we manged to do this and to get to the airport on time but this was appalling customer service by Hughes and could have had much more serious consequences. We have received no apology or explanation apart from that brief text.

I arrived by plane in Adelaide on what was on the day reported as the hottest city in the world; it was just over 43°C. The chauffer from Hughes, Luca Gehbauer, picked me up and took me home; he was very helpful with the luggage. The car was neat and clean, the temperature was pleasant. We had a good conversation all the way home.

The vehicle transfer was faultless, the chauffeur was well presented, friendly, opened and closed the door for me each time and assisted with my luggage. I was also very impressed with how clean inside and out this vehicle was, it was pristine. I highly recommend Hughes Chauffeur Service for travelers wanting the best private car transfer experience.
