You can't go to Florence without seeing this museum - the statue of David is worth the hype even if you are not an "art" person. The musical instrument section of this museum is an extra bonus. Loved that with these tickets we could explore at our own pace/on our own time and terms. Would recommend to anyone visiting the city.

The guided tour is a must. Our guide, Alex, brought us through Florentian history and arts, giving much interesting information.
We enjoyed the museum very much. Definitely a must do. The only problem we ran into was we paid for a self led audio tour and when we got to the museum, we were told that we hadn’t paid for the audio devices. We actually did pay extra through Viator for the audio tour. It was frustrating.

Extremely hard to hear the guide based on the quality of the headset. Nobody in the group could hear well and we had to ask the guide several times to speak louder into her mic.
