It was a fantastic tour - OX was a very well organised tour company and the whole trip was extremely well run. Our main Guide Axel did a great job by giving us loads of information throughout and keeping the tour group motivated and understanding what was coming up on a challenging hike. The group size is quite large compared to other tour groups but this wasnt a problem as we had a main guide and 3 local guides throughout who were all very helpful. All in all a great trip.

The experience was as expected. The pre meeting was too long, and they can do that on the internet instead. First breakfast is not necessary. The meeting time should be later. Overall, they treated the group well.

An incredible and unique experience! From the very first moment, they made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious and the cabins were very comfortable, perfect for resting after the hike. Additionally, we were lucky that the weather was on our side: a spectacular day to climb the volcano and another sunrise that was simply unforgettable. Henry was a very informative guide and very accommodating. I did this hike with friends and I had a few moments that I struggled with. They were patient and waited for me to catch my breath with the altitude. The guide and porters were great and the view was beautiful. The cabin was comfy and we were prepared for all weather conditions during the meeting before. I would highly recommend this tour!
