最悪のツアー会社でした。 前日にWhatsAppで連絡先を交換し、翌朝3:50にホテルロビーでピックアップとの案内でしたが、時間になっても迎えは来ず、WhatsAppも完全に無視。ホテルのレセプションにお願いして本社へ電話してもらい、ようやく4:30に到着しました。しかし遅れたことへの説明も謝罪も一切なし。 現地には8:30に到着し、「観光は2時間」と案内されていたため10:30に戻る予定でしたが、同じツアーの別の参加者が「予定があるから10:00に出発したい」と言い出し、観光時間が勝手に短縮されました。予約時の案内は2時間だったのに、実際は1時間半。ドライバーはそれを止めることも調整することもなく放置。 帰りはその参加者の予定に合わせるため猛スピードで運転し、渋滞すると露骨にイライラ。さらに私はホテルからかなり離れた場所で降ろされ、場所が分からず戸惑っていると、ドライバーから「早く降りろ」と怒鳴られる始末。 他の参加者にとっては都合が良かったのかもしれませんが、巻き込まれた私にとっては最低の体験でした。星1つです。 This was the worst tour company I have ever experienced. We exchanged WhatsApp numbers the day before, and I was told to wait in the hotel lobby at 3:50 AM. However, no one showed up. I tried contacting them multiple times on WhatsApp, but received no response. I finally asked the hotel reception to call the main office, and only then did the driver arrive at 4:30 AM—without any explanation or apology. We arrived at the site at 8:30 AM, and the tour was supposed to include two full hours of sightseeing, meaning we should return at 10:30. But another participant said they had plans afterward and wanted to leave at 10:00, so our sightseeing time was suddenly shortened. I booked this tour based on the promised two hours, yet it was reduced to just 1.5 hours. The driver didn’t intervene or try to manage the situation at all. On the way back, the driver sped dangerously to accommodate that participant’s schedule, becoming visibly irritated whenever we hit traffic. To make things worse, I was dropped off very far from my hotel. When I hesitated because I didn’t recognize the area, the driver snapped at me, telling me to get out quickly. Maybe this tour deserves five stars for the person who had other plans, but for those of us who were dragged into their schedule, it was a terrible experience. For me, this is a one‑star tour.

The distances between the important sites to see around Luxor and Aswan can be far so it’s important to have a safe driver who knows how to navigate the variable road conditions and sometimes hectic Egypt driving! Taha was incredibly friendly, accommodated the schedule (and early wake up times) I wanted, had a very clean car, and most importantly I always felt safe and secure. I personally did not want to join a large tour group so that I could decide my own schedule and try to avoid crowds; if that’s important to you then Taha is your man!

Mahmoud is a legend. As well as being a fantastic guide he is also good company, safe and reliable with a keen eye for the fine detail and making sure everything about your trip goes smoothly - be it a boat trip to the Nubian Village, camel ride, or even finding a good Italian restaurant that serves great kebabs! If you want an informative, fun and hassle free trip to Aswan then look no further than Mahmoud. You won’t be disappointed.

Another day with Mahmoud, he drove the entire trip smoothly and safely (it is a long distance, 3 hours or more -each trip-, but we did not find any traffic). He is very respectful, he has taught me his favorite music and the moment I fell asleep (since we meet at 6am), he turned off the equipment. It's been a very pleasant trip.
