This was our first visit to Vietnam - and 8 days in July was how it worked out. According to the Internet - not ideal. I usually (over) plan all our trips, and this started out no different … until I started practically planning. Vietnam is of course best seen slowly … but we had 8 days. Upon trying to plan, the logistics of seeing anything other than Hanoi were becoming just too much, so we decided to go the tour route. But .. we are not tour people. We don’t especially *want* to bop around the sites or endure a 3-hour bus ride with 30 of our closest new buddies. Luckily, after much searching, Authentic Tours was there with a very reasonably priced private tour - and an itinerary that while packed, allowed us to see at least a broad overview of the things we want to come back and experience slower. We were spoiled rotten on this trip - our customer service rep, Ms. Hang, checked in with us every step of the way to ensure our experience was seamless. Our drivers and individual guides checked in with us the day before each excursion - so there was never a question of where we were going, what we needed to bring for the day, how long our day would be or what we would be doing. We got to ‘Passenger Princess’ the entire time. Coming from a chronic over-planner, let me tell you that this was the best I’ve ever slept on a vacation. I would highly recommend letting the team take care of things for you - from 5* accommodations to air conditioned and comfortable transportation, everything we experienced was top notch.

We were pleasantly impressed by the organization, not having much time available the guys of Authentic Adventure Vietnam did nothing wrong. We also lost a hat in an organized bus and there they found it in the hotel 2 days later. Bravi

Authentic Adventures was really amazing from the bookings to assistance during our stay in Viet Nam. Son and Han were extremely helpful during our time in Vietnam, gave us all the right details about the best places and time to visit.

Everything was well organized and we were informed about pickup timings for each day. They followed up that we will picked up and comfortable. Tour guides and drivers were on time and vehicles are clean and comfortable. This is our 2nd time using Authentic and definitely not the last.

We found Authentic through Trip Advisor and couldn't have been more satisfied with the service provided. We booked in advance trips to Hanoi, Da nang, Ho chi minh. We were explained everything at the beginning, were given different options to chose from( at different price) and they organized everything for us according to our preferences. Don't look any further, Authentic will do everything for you!!
