1st time we booked..We booked they cancelled due heavy rain. THERE WAS NO RAIN. so an excuse no problem! We trusted and re-booked and paid again. 2nd time they WERE A NO CALL NO SHOW. Unreliable
This was a very informative tour of the local communities. Showing my daughters how people live in different areas is a key element of our travels. While we may speak a different language, eat different foods, dress in different clothes...we are all human and have the same values.
I recommend it. They fulfilled everything they describe, the service was great, the workers are always attentive to you, and they handle the information of all the places they take you to very well
This Dominican experience will be unforgettable for us. I recommend getting to know a bit of Dominican culture; it's very interesting, and you literally see how life is lived outside the tourist zone. Carlos was our guide and did an excellent job
Great Dominican experience, I really enjoyed this tour since I had long wanted to see and get to know the culture of the Dominican Republic, on the trip we went to several local places, it is not wasted, I recommend it.
Our driver Rafael did us the favor of personalizing the tour according to our needs, we were able to appreciate the cigar factory, where we learned how Dominican cigars are made, we were also able to see Dominican life more clearly. Highly recommended
I took this tour last Sunday from the Iberostar Dominican hotel, the tour was spectacular but what I liked most was the kindness of the people, they treat you like family and are always attentive, I recommend it 100%
I called the tour operator a few minutes after the designated pickup time and was told that the tour was cancelled due to the weather forecast. When I checked, the forecast was just about perfect. This was the second day in a row that it was cancelled due to “weather.”
Hello. We regret what happened, but the night before the tour it rained a lot and the route to go on horseback and on foot was not in a condition to provide the service to tourists. It was horrible! They cancelled 2 days in a row with no notice! I’m disappointed because I was unable to book something else in the place of the cancelled trip due to no communication that the excursion was cancelled. I had to call them to find out why they were late to be informed they were not coming!
Hello, best regards, I am very sorry for what happened, but when we canceled for the first time we told you that you could do the tour on Thursday because it rained a lot the night before and the path to ride horses and feet is very bad for walking tourists, in fact we told you that they wanted to change it for Thursday and you told me no, that you wanted the money back. We understand that you are upset, but we avoid a bad experience. And when it rains a lot it is not recommended to do this tour through the countryside. very sorry.
The experience was spectacular, we had a great time. It all started with the communication which was excellent. Then at the time of picking us up the vehicle was first class, then and the best Guide Benjamin a special, humble, respectful and super attentive human being. She even consented to take us to eat Ice Cream as my daughter dreamed of one. The truth is that we learned a lot on the trip and came away with a clearer picture of Dominican culture.
