Affordable price, great weather, good organization, excellent experience and service from the entire administration and the driver Daniel Zamora who accompanied us there and back.

Terrible and unprofessional. I contacted the operator via WhatsApp on June 29th to schedule a driver for July 31st (yes a month in advance) for a group of 11 people. We discussed the price and type of vehicle available and came to an agreement. I paid the deposit and even scheduled my own winery reservations, I sent a clear itinerary to the operator and confirmed everything was doable. About 2 weeks before, I contacted the operator again to confirm we were still good to go and he agreed. The week of the tour, I reached back out to the operator to confirm our driver, he said yes everything was confirmed. The morning of the tour, we were scheduled to get picked up at our Airbnb at 10:30 am, so I reach out to the operator to confirm our driver, he confirms so me and my group get ready and walk to the waiting area of our place to get picked up. We stood at the waiting area for about 10 minutes and at that point the driver had not showed up, so I reach out to the operator via WhatsApp and he requested that I send him my location, which took me back because I would have imagined that the driver would already have our location since it was provided at the time of booking. Another few minutes go by and the driver still doesn't show up so I begin to get worried that I got scammed but then I get message from the operator saying the driver was 6 minutes away and was delayed because of a checkpoint. I said ok and let it be, the driver shows up at 11:00 am with the WRONG vehicle. At that point I was angry because not only had I confirmed and ironed out all the details multiple times, I also made it clear that we were a group of 11 people. I was told by the driver that showed up that there was another guy down the road with a larger van and that he would be here in 4 minutes. This made me wonder why didn't they just send him in the first place? 4 minutes go by and the driver with the bigger van doesn't show up and me and my group become frustrated as we had reservations at 11:00 am and were now late. I text the operator to let him know that we were cancelling and to send me a refund. It has now been almost a week and the operator has not only completely ghosted me but also has not sent me my refund back. Unbelievable. Don't spend your money or time with this company

My husband was referred to Daniel at DC Wine Tours by El Cielo Resort. Our party consisted of 3 Spanish, and 3 english speakers. Daniel speaks english fluently, so communication was super easy for us all. We requested the large touring van, and same driver for the entire length of our 4 day stay. Freddie, who also speaks fluent english, has a great personality, and is a very conscientious, careful, and respectful driver! We enjoyed our experience and time with him, and will definitely call Daniel to book our next visit to the Valle.

This is an extremely well run and realized wine tour. I had narrowed down the wineries we wanted to visit over the three days we were in the Valle, and Freddy our driver-guide made useful suggestions which we took advantage of as well. The wine area is beautiful, but there are now 180 or so wineries, so a guide is essential if you are a serious wine afficianado or even if you are not. We drove over 2700 miles on out trip to and from Baja without a guide, but we can tell you that it would be folly to try to find many of the smaller and better wineries without a driver, Most roads are dirt and rough and their are few signs, Stick with Daniel,s group and you won't be disappointed or lost.

Booked transportation to valle de gualdelupe for 4 of us when we came to ensenada on a cruise. The company was easy to work with, answered all questions promptly, and arranged for us to go to 3 wineries. Our driver was Jose aka Pepe, who provided us excellent service. He was very knowledgeable about the area, giving us a lot of history we wouldn't otherwise have known. DC tours and our driver made sure we were back to the ship ontime and we had a worry free day excursion away from the larger crowds of the cruise tour.

Great service! We really appreciated the border pick up to Valle de Guadalupe. Freddy our driver even waited several hours for us to cross and meet him as there was an unexpected 5 freeway closure that delayed us more than expected. He was friendly and made sure to make us feel comfortable and not to worry. He was our driver the entire weekend for dinner service and wine tour. He made great recommendations and made our trip run smoothly.
