I recently visited Dubai, and the trip was absolutely amazing! From the stunning skyline to the rich cultural experiences, everything exceeded my expectations. The city is a perfect blend of modern luxury and traditional charm. A special mention to Mr. Qasim, who was incredibly helpful and patient throughout my journey. He not only ensured a smooth and comfortable ride but also shared valuable local insights that made my trip even more enjoyable. His kindness and professionalism truly enhanced my experience.

The car came for us to our accommodation and took us to the desert. First I drove a quad for 30 mins, it was my first try and I loved that. To be honest 30 mins is not anought. The driver took us with a 4WD car into the dunes. Sitting in the back as a passenger is the best to feel like I'm in a rollercoaster. Extremely enjoyable, perfect. I almost forget, the sand board. As a snowboarder it is so much fun. Loved that. The dinner and the show in the camp as also excellent. Big thank you for the opportunity, absolutely amazing experience

We made a day trip with driver/guide Qasim and we recommend him to everyone. Nice guy and knows his way through Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Don’t hire a car but book a daytrip, since you do not have to search and can enjoy all laidback on the backseat.

One of best trips of our life. Our driver/guide Mr. Mohmaad Kasim was so awesome he become part of our family. Mr. Anil the owner of Ruby Tourism personally came to welcome us. We were all four senior citizens (two in wheelchairs) but didn’t have a single problem not even a minor one for all ten days. We saw everything and did everything including desert safari, sea world, zoo, gardens, museums, cruise, mountains, and of course sightseeing lot’s of it. We would highly recommend Ruby Travels to anyone who is traveling to UAE.

Absolutely awesome experience I had with Ruby Tours. Got the best value for money deal from Mr Anil Lalwani, Being local in Dubai he knows the city like back of his hand, gave valuable inputs in planning my entire trip. He suggested where I would get pure veg food, what we can see at what time (this is really very important as the Prime Tickets in some of the places are 3 times more expensive). Point to point pick up was arranged in such a way that get smooth experience and without any time delays. Gave best quote compared to 3 other agents. Had an amazing experience throughout out 8 days tour of Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Every day would get timely update for the itinerary next day from their ever energetic and accommodative team member Deepika. The best part was the Driver Qasim Bhai. Gem of a person. Really warm and genuine person. He was always warm giving information for sight seeing, what to buy from where to buy, whom to be careful of. I booked this service last minute for a half day because I had some key places I wanted to see in Dubai before leaving the following day. My guide- Mr Anil went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to do everything I set out to do. They were very flexible with add ons and I was able to upgrade to full day service to visit the beautiful Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi. The highlight of my experience was visiting the ‘Last Exit’ on our way back. It was such a pleasant surprise and I was so glad I booked my last minute tour with this company. They definitely went above and beyond and that’s what great service is. Don’t hesitate to book them!
