Excellent service. There was a person/guide to accompany us the whole time, from check-in for internal flights to, of course, the tours. They always stayed in communication to coordinate tours and transfers.

I could write a whole essay on how well organized and fun this 7 day trip was. We were consistently informed with what we needed and what time the next day started with. A Vipac transfers and tours were sent to us before the start of the trip so we knew when we were checking into which hotel as well as tickets to museums and etc. When we arrived in Lima a day earlier because we just wanted to visit before our 7 day tour began, a Vipac member already was there with a sign of my name and took us to the van where a driver was waiting for us. She (Fatima) shared the schedule and options of what we could do as well as answered any questions we may have. They dropped us off at the hotel we booked. There was a point person (Carolina) after who let us know what time our next tour guide along with their name would show up. She shared our train tickets via WhatsApp and coordinated with our boarding passes as we needed to fly to Cusco to Lima and etc. Jose was our guide for two days and was informative. He let us know that our hotel came with a bird watching tour, twilight tour, and etc so we enjoyed our time at the hotels. These were 5-star hotels that we really enjoyed! Two of the hotels had heating pads ready for us at night. At Palacio del Inka, they even had an oxygen tank as we were experiencing a little altitude sickness. Jaime took us to Machu Picchu and was hilarious with his jokes. We even had a few photoshoots. Even when getting to the train station, there was a Vipac member waiting for us to inform us of what we needed to do and what would happen. We were never lost and were always informed every step of the way. If you are a person who would like to enjoy the experience and not have to plan every gritty little detail, this is the booking you should make! When we booked a day trip to see sea lions without Vipac as this was after the 7-day tour, we took a lot of time having to figure out our itinerary for just the day and made us appreciate Vipac so much more! 5 stars are simply not enough for this wonderful experience.
