We did a custom tour with Amadou and instantly realized he was one of the best tour guides we’ve ever worked with. Instead of getting stuck in traffic from the airport to goree island he took us on the train, which saved a ton of time. Throughout our visit he’d continue to have clever fixes for these type of logistical problems that can bog down a trip. He was full of information and suggestions yet also incredible relaxed. 10/10 perfect guide. We were so sad to leave, in no small part because of what great company Amadou was. Can’t recommend more highly!
Amadou was an incredible guide. Low-key, attentive to our every need, and informative. He accompanied us all across Senegal and helped at the border crossing into Gambia. I cannot imagine a better guide. He was simply perfect.
My tour in Senegal was truly wonderful. Although I wasn’t personally accompanied by Amadou, I traveled with one of his collaborators, Jean Philippe, who was excellent, very knowledgeable about his country and with perfect English. From the very first contact, Amadou proved to be extremely kind and professional. We had an amazing experience on this trip. Amadou was our guide, and he was thoughtful, polite, very knowledgeable and willing to share his country with honesty and love. He helped us plan the trip from start to finish. I asked a lot of questions about the itinerary and hotels and ability to really see the country and people. He was incredibly patient and helpful. Senegal is a bit of a tough country to visit. It's a county of extremes. Kind people living under difficult situations. He helped us see and appreciate this fully. the country is lively, festive, and very eye opening to westerners. As to our favorite activities, we loved the picnic on the delta, the walking with lions and the clamping in the desert. Thank you again for Amadou for your incredible professionalism and kindness.

My father and I recently completed the 7 day Senegal tour with Amadou and his tour guide Jean-Phillips, and expert driver Ibu. For the traveler seeking an introduction to Senegal, I can’t recommend the experience highly enough- everything was excellent. At every step of the way, we felt safe and in good hands. Tour guides with deep knowledge, good language skills and an abiding sense of hospitality were on hand at each step to give us tours through the sights- places like St Louis, Fadiou Island, the Mosque at Touba and Banjoul in the Gambia. Accommodation and meals were top notch, with each hotel situated in breath-taking my beautiful surroundings. With Amadou and his team, you will be in the best of hands. Senegal takes hospitality very seriously, with the concept of “teranga” enshrined throughout the national heritage- this 7-day tour was the best possible introduction to what teranga means, and even after returning to the United States I will carry it in my heart forever.

Fantastic trip, all great, highly recommend We traveled around Senegal and Gambia for 3 days, visited north and Gambia, so not easy but very much worth it!

Absolute recommend this tour! The guide went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience. The tour feels immersive starting from the hotels and the foods you eat. The schedule is tailored to us. I’m a manual wheelchair user and all hotel chosen by guide where accessible, same goes for tours. Let them know what you need ahead of time and they will take care of it. The fun starts as soon as you pick up from the airport. Worth it!
