At very short notice we booked this flexible tour. Ernest was amazing and tailored the trip to our requirements. Excellent communication and a very comfortable large vehicle, fabulous sights and food! Ernest took lots of photos for us which will be fantastic memories. Highly recommended!

My friend and I booked this tour, and we were incredibly fortunate to have Mr. Joey Tan as our guide. He was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He took us to every location on the itinerary and shared so much history, cultural insight, and fascinating background information along the way. The temples we visited were some of the most breathtaking places I have ever seen in my life. The final temple especially felt surreal — I truly didn’t know places like that even existed. What made the experience even more special was Mr. Joey’s kindness, patience, and genuine care for us throughout the day. We had mentioned that we only eat halal food, and he thoughtfully checked with restaurants to make sure we had suitable options. As two girls traveling together, we felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time, which meant so much to us. He was warm, humble, accommodating, and made the entire tour fun, relaxing, and memorable. If you are planning to book this tour, I highly recommend requesting Mr. Joey Tan. The tour guide Jackie is excellent. He was knowledgeable, attentive and willing to explain. We visited four different places. The best are Penang Hill and the largest Chinese temple in Southeast Asia. Highly recommended.

Our guide Law was great, very informative kind and funny. However we couldn’t see all the sites mentioned in the itinerary as 6 hours wasn’t enough no fault of the guide. The travel time isn’t accounted for so we were disappointed as we had to do George Town, street art and Chew Jetty the next day. We managed to tick off the temples on this tour.

The actual scheduled timeframe includes travel time from the guest’s hotel as well as the journeys between attractions throughout the day. As guests stay at different hotels across Penang, travel duration and traffic conditions can vary significantly from one tour to another, making it difficult to accurately predict the exact amount of sightseeing time available at each stop. In your case, your hotel was located quite a distance from George Town and the main sightseeing areas, which resulted in additional travel time during the tour. On the day of the tour, extra time was also spent on a lunch stop requested during the trip, which is not part of the standard itinerary. Despite this, our guide was happy to extend the tour by approximately an extra hour at no additional charge to help maximize your experience. For guests who wish to cover every stop listed in the itinerary, timing at each attraction can be important to ensure the schedule runs smoothly throughout the day. We truly appreciate your feedback and understanding, and we’re glad you were still able to enjoy visiting the temples and experiencing part of Penang’s rich culture and heritage. It was a wonderful experience! Our driver went above and beyond taking us everywhere he could and telling us the history of each place. The local food was awesome too and he knew all of the non-touristy places to take us.
