Besøg det største buddhistiske tempel i Latinamerika installeret i et område midt i grønne områder og omgivet af smukke haver med blomster, samt bevarede rester af Atlanterhavsskoven med en lille bro i japansk stil. Den typiske arkitektur af et orientalsk tempel er et separat kapitel, der får os til at føle, som om vi var i Asien. Derudover er der skulpturer spredt overalt, et museum, butik og en vegetarisk restaurant.
Efter dit besøg i Zu Lai-templet kan du besøge den nærliggende charmerende by Embu das Artes. Det er en af de inspirerende og indre byer, som rejsende ofte besøger, når de vil se et andet scenarie flygte fra storbyens jag. Det er mest berømt for sin Crafts Fair, som finder sted i byens historiske centrum, messen har mere end 700 udstillere af forskellige typer kunsthåndværk såsom keramik, malerier, skulpturer, håndlavede fødevarer og endda tøj og smykker. Der er smukke genstande udskåret i træ og rustikke møbler. Marinelio was my wonderful guide on this easygoing 6 hour tour.Attentive, very informative and engaging, we toured the tranquil and beautiful Buddhist Temple and grounds and enjoyed the exciting creations of local artisans at Embu das Artes, for which there were no admission fees. Marinelio joyfully shared his knowledge of São Paulo and the surrounding areas as we travelled. It was a perfect day.

The place is magical, you feel the energy, peace and tranquility that emits the place, the landscape is beautiful, I am delighted😍 The temple has a cafeteria with variety of cafes and etc. There is also a shop selling Buddhas, incense and other things related to the Buddhist temple. I did this tour alone and I loved knowing Embu das Artes, a beautiful little village worth touring and buying its crafts and paintings of excellent quality. My guide Fabio was super attentive and guided me throughout the tour where to shop, eat and what places might interest me according to my tastes. In the Zu Lai Temple the tour was very beautiful and the place lends itself to be more time and spend the afternoon in relaxation. I wanted to come back in the future with my family and friends, it is a beautiful tour and definitely worth it if you have an extra day in Sao Paulo! 100% Recommended!!
