Booked the Premium Family package tour from 24th April to 30th April 2026 with Chinar Holidays. Was booked for the trip last year but had to postpone it due to security reasons. Chinar Holidays gave a credit note for the advance paid. Must say that from arrival till departure the experience was wholly wonderful. Visited parks in Srinagar, Valleys in Pahalgam, glacier in Gulmarg and Meadows in Doothpathri. We were a family of 5 in a SUV, with the guide Ali (Do not want to call him a Driver). He drove us to all places of interest and guided us well throughout. His recommendation of restaurants for lunch was amazing. With good conversations during long drives, he made the journey enjoyable. But for Mr. Ali, I do not think, we would have had the same experience. I feel that people like Ali make Chinar Holidays a great Tour Company. I am sure there are several others at the back end who made our trip memorable. Hats off to them too. Feedback, on a daily basis was sought, to make sure that we were enjoying the trip without any hassles. (Very Positive trait). The hotels selected were all excellent and met all expectations of space, bed, cleanliness and food. Must mention Hermitage in Pahalgam and Hotel Lupin in Gulmarg- were beyond expectation. Kashmir undoubtedly is a beautiful place but is best enjoyed when all arrangements are superb. Chinar Holidays delivered what they promised. Had nothing to regret till the end - including drop off to the airport.

It was my 1st trip to Srinagar. Price Comparison: First I went through big holiday companies and found big holiday sites too expensive; Chinar Holiday's Kashmir offered similar package at half the rate. Experience: Initial doubts were there as I never heard about them but confidence grew slowly and I booked the package. Arrangements: Excellent efforts, smooth arrangements, and 24x7 support. One instance I would like to share that during the Shikar Ride I have given only 1 Hour instead of 2 hours as per the itinerary. Some miscommunications were there but it was immediately resolved by Zulfi at 9 pm. Means full support during travel anytime. Overall Impression: Package quality and service won my heart. Today is my last day of my family trip to kashmir. The tour operator Chinar Holidays Kashmir made this trip to me and my family to have ever lasting wonderful memories. Ms. Nida was our tour organiser... she organised all our days of travel very well.. she is highly helpful and assisting in all our needs in this trip. Because of her me and my family enjoyed the trip to full and departing kashmir with wonderful experiences and memories. We travelled to Kashmir from 24th to 31st December 2025. There were 14 family members travelling during that period. We visited Sonmarg, Gulgmarg and Sri Nagar. We stayed in the boat house on Dal Lake, Took the Gondola at Gulgmarg to the top. The view was fantastic. Our English-speaking tour guide Ajas (from Shang Loong travels) was very good. He was very helpful and understood our requirement since my 86-year mom was travelling with us. Wheelchair was arranged accordingly. The accommodation and transport were good. The hotel and meals were good. Would recommend travelling to Kashmir during winter.

Booked my trip with Chinar Holidays Kashmir to Srinagar during New year. Every other travel agency said I shouldn't go this time as all hotels were booked but Chinar Holidays and tram, helped us in getting booked and we were able to do everything as per our itinerary. The hotels were nice and spacious and food was also good. The best part was the driver. Travelling with family, that is no.1 concern for us but he was very friendly and had many years of experience on those roads. All in all, a very good experience

He was able to maneuver through traffic and the sharp turns on the cliffs effortlessly. I had travelled to Delhi and Kashmir . the tour operator had properly arranged the trip. the driver was a safe driver and was also polite in nature. the travel car was having adequate space offered as the car was Swift Dzire.Hotel in Srinagar was too good in rooms and in other amenities, hotel named as Grand Kaiser.the hotel in Pahalgam namely Hermitage was also very good.
