Den 6 dage lange Machame-rute er perfekt for dem, der ønsker en spændende såvel som eventyrlig oplevelse midt på deres rejse. Machame-ruten, også kendt som Whisky-ruten, er en af de mest populære ruter på Kilimanjaro. På trods af at det er en hård stigning sammenlignet med Marangu-ruten, har Machame-ruten en af de højeste topmødesuccesrater. Rutens topografi gør det muligt for klatrere at "vandre højt og sove lavt", hvilket hjælper med akklimatisering, hvilket gør den til en af de mest gunstige ruter for akklimatisering. Machame-ruten er naturskønt slående og mangfoldig. Men på grund af de store menneskemængder mister den noget af sin storhed.

I booked a pick-up and drop from Arusha to Ngorongoro and 1-day game drive to Ngorongoro Crater through them. They promised a Toyota Noah for transfer and Toyota Land Cruiser for the game drive and sent me photos on WhatsApp of the vehicles I would get. However, on arrival, they provided a 20- year old Toyota Noah in an extremely bad condition from inside. It was all dirty and the seats were all coming out, which made the journey very uncomfortable. AC wasn't working either. Similarly, the Toyota Land Cruiser for the game drive was a very old one with seats in poor condition. It felt like a rip-off, since they charged me a premium of USD 300 for using new vehicles in good condition. Don't get fooled by this agency as they may trick you into paying obnoxious amounts for a very bad service.
I think you booked safari last minute as you remember 4 different people you were communicating with while you were in Zanzibar , and at Arusha airport 3different companies were waiting for you at Arusha Airport...it was very bad impression you as customer to book safari through different companies and after we negotiate your safari in our office we had no alternative of transfer you alone to Ngorongoro lodge other than using private public mini van (due to your budget)and we told you . The next day the safari car 4wd came to pick you up from the lodge with other joining clients for Ngorongoro Crater game drives. We are very sorry on our side if you were disappointed about our services , but its not our intention to do that. Thank you
Such a great trip! Mike made sure we saw all of the almost stunning sites in Ngorongoro. He was considerate and patient and a pleasure to travel with. Highly recommend this tour, especially for people short on time.

We went on a day trip to Ngorongoro from Arusha....our guide for the day was Mike....he was excellent and really went out of his way to get us to the sites where we can view all the animals...got to view Lions the closest i have ever seen them and numerous other animals...Mike really went the extra mile!! Thanks for a great and unforgettable day..
