My friends came from Georgia, and we wanted one fun Miami day. We found Feeling Yachty while looking at miami yacht rentals. The charter was relaxed, and the boat looked clean. The catering was tasty, and the decorations made our group photos better. Captain Alberto gave friendly help, Karin was welcoming, and Fernando replied fast.
Complete waste of money. Serge hung up in my face and claimed they didn’t have my reservation. They texted me from multiple numbers that Viator did not have on file.
This is a scam. I went to the dock and nobody could help and even told me this was a scam. Do not book this reservation
I Accidentally Scheduled For The Wrong Day, And They Told Me They Would Give Me A Refund And Never Did! Theyve Been Ignoring My Calls ! I Got In Touch With Viator Help Center And They Have Been Ignoring Their Calls Also! DO NOT BOOK!! THEY ARE SCAMMING ! They have ALOT of hidden fees and DONT TELL YOU UNTIL AFTER YOU BOOK
They sent a text and said the prices are not even what’s on here- and my total was 700 not the price listed and they have extra fees they don’t tell you about until you book

This experience was phenomenal. Captain Elieser Concepcion and steward Lester Zamora omg, they were very attentive, entertaining and caring. My guests and I felt very safe throughout our 4hours onboard the Pink Yacht. The Breakfast OMG, was on point. Taste 100/100, presentation 100/100 my guests were extremely happy. Thank you Viator Job Well Done!!
I was really disappointed with my experience. The booking process was not as smooth as expected, communication was poor, and several details that were advertised did not match what was provided. The overall experience did not feel worth the money spent. I expected better customer service and more professionalism. Unfortunately, I would not book with this company again and would not recommend it based on my experience.

Elieser was a great captain, he was very professional and fun. The yacht was clean and very cute. Highly recommend. I will definitely book again when I’m in Miami.
This was an awful company to book with. Communication was horrible, the instructions were unclear, and the information they gave constantly contradicted itself. I booked this boat for Memorial Day weekend and paid the initial $299 fee. After that, I tried multiple times to pay the additional required fees, but the captain/boat company never sent me a Venmo or Zelle to complete the payment. The listing said I could pay upon arrival, but through text messages they kept insisting I needed to pay beforehand. Very confusing and unprofessional. They also repeatedly asked for my driver’s license. I sent it THREE separate times, yet on the actual day of the booking they asked for it again while I was already on the phone with Viator trying to figure everything out. In the end, the boat was given away to someone else, making the $299 completely useless. Thankfully, a Viator agent was able to help us find a last-minute replacement boat during Memorial Day weekend, which is an extremely busy time. Huge thanks to Viator for saving the day, but this company itself was a terrible experience and I would absolutely not recommend booking with them.
Beautiful site to experience. I wish I would’ve booked it longer because I didn’t want it to end. Captain Elieser and Steward Lester made the experience so perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew.
