Vores Forklæde Up Cooking Class har vundet popularitet gennem år i at give folk en intensiv og interessant lektion. Folk, der kommer til os, kan være eksperter, der ønsker at åbne vietnamesisk restaurant derhjemme eller en person, der aldrig laver mad før, men vil kunne spise lækker Viet mad, når de skal komme tilbage efter ferie. Vores skole lokaliserer ret i midten af det gamle kvarter så meget let at få adgang til og dermed efter markedsturen på det største marked i Hanoi, som ligger lige i nærheden af det gamle kvarter, kan du også vide, hvor du kan købe hvad i resten af din tur her. Inden for kun 3 - 4 timer lærer du om ingredienserne (krydderier og vietnamesisk producerer), få dine hænder til at lave mad til et af de mest populære og autentiske 5 retter i Hanoi (eller dets vegetariske version til vegetarske tjenere og nyde din frugt af arbejde og prøv vietnamesisk risvin sammen med dine klassekammerater, modtag en kogebog og certifikat!

Great class with Hazel. She was so professional and lots of fun too. The 5 courses were great. The night was excellent and we learnt a lot about the history of Vietnamese food. I thoroughly recommend this activity and thank you Hazel for a fantastic night.
We had an amazing time with Hazel. She is funny and witty, and also very knowledgeable. We got to learn about the spices and recipes and food. It was very hands on. Then we got to eat the food after. It was very worth it! All the food we made was excellent. Im so full and we got a great recipe book to come along with the experience. Can't wait to try to make this all myself again! The egg coffee was much better than the one I had at a coffee shop! Thank you Hazel for fun learning experience!
Today was one of the highlights of our Vietnam adventure! We joined an incredible cooking class with our amazing guide, Hailey, who taught us how to prepare some of Vietnam's most iconic dishes from scratch. After wandering through the local market to hand-pick the freshest ingredients, we headed straight to the kitchen where the real fun began. From rolling crispy spring rolls to preparing fresh pho, every dish was packed with flavour and made with so much love. The best part? Sitting down together to enjoy everything we'd created. If you're visiting Vietnam, I couldn't recommend this experience enough. It's the perfect way to immerse yourself in the culture, learn new skills, and enjoy some of the best food you'll ever eat. 🇻🇳🥢🍜❤️
This was such an amazing experience! Vy was an excellent instructor. She was so nice and sweet! I would definitely recommend this. Our food was delicious! Everything we ate was fresh and quality. Vy was also very personable!!!

We had such an amazing experience with Vee during our Vietnamese cooking class! From the moment we arrived, she made everyone feel so welcome and created such a fun, relaxed atmosphere. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and explained each step in a way that was easy to follow. We learned so much about Vietnamese cuisine and culture, and the food we made was absolutely delicious. You can truly tell how passionate she is about what she does, and that made the experience even more special. If you’re looking for an authentic, memorable cooking class in Vietnam, I can’t recommend Vee enough. Thank you for such a wonderful experience, we’ll be talking about it long after our trip is over!
A fantastic experience for solo travelers, cooking is not only a skill, but a good way to connect with other people. Vy, our teacher, was very helpful and energetic. It was a great class and experience. I can confidently recommend it.
